Amelia Dlamini a woman on a mission to destroy the man that made her lose her only sister. Amelia vowed to herself to avenge her sister's death.
Lerato- A caring wife and mother who got hooked into drugs thinking it will numb the pain she felt when her husband wanted a divorce.
Hunter- A heir to the Davis tribe, he runs his family furniture shop business. He has a shady business on the side (selling drugs). When he first meets Amelia he thinks he has found his missing rib. He likes how fiesty she is, her confidence and how her eyes draw him to her.
Amelia- A girl on a mission to bring Hunter to his knees, she really played him and destroyed him in the end. She really was his destroyer.
Ps : That shooting range scene ngeke I have a ask🤣🔥🔥
Easy read I finished it in a few hours straight to the point.

I love the book. I just love how Amelia was able to play the master of the game Hunter.
To be honest I wanted the to get married, I know , I know he killed her sister but people forgive right. And I'm not mad about the ending

I loved the book very much but i hoped for more. I felt like it was too rushed. I was looking forward to Amelia getting the justice she deserved because she was the one who lost a sister and Lerato's child also lost a mother. Lerato didn't deserve no justice because she was an adult. She knew exactly what she was getting herself into. The people who needed justice are the ones who lost a family member. I look forward to reading the new edition though☺

When Amelia started to be intimate with Hunter I thought she will loose all the focus she needed for a mission. My girl proved that no feelings formed against her shall prosper 🤣🤣🤣. She does not back out from the plan even when she gets engaged by Hunter.
I feel like it ended where things just started for me. Hunter didn't suffer the way I wanted him to, I'm not that cruel but he deserved more than that.
The title fits the book perfectly 👌.

It's a good worth reading, I was surprised by the ending thou. I thought Amelia would forgive Hunter and will live happily ever after cause he really loved her and I wanted to believe he made a mistake with killing Lerato. But anyway good book indeed

I have to admit I did not see this one coming. I thought it was going to be like any other girl meets a boy book. I highly recommend this book.

I need an explanation about that introduction. Damn! I was so ready for a steamy ride only to find out that it was something else. Maybe my mind needs cleansing, I don't know...
Amelia is a girl on a mission. She wants to destroy Hunter Davis, the man who destroyed her life's sister and later killed her. Hunter falls deeply in love with her, but she made a promise to her sister on her deathbed.
What will it be? The promise or love?
PS: I feel like the universe and Amelia were not fair on Hunter. Yes he sells drugs BUT he did warn his clients about the addiction. How was it his fault that Lerato got addicted? How was it his fault Zitha got addicted?
I think book 2 will do. That ending left me reeling with anger. I need more.

Picture this: you meet a girl at a shooting range, nothing like you’ve ever seen before, and in that very moment, it becomes your mission to get with her. Little do you know, though, that it’s all a trap. When a woman wants you, trust me, she will get you—and that’s exactly what Amelia does to Hunter. She makes sure he notices her, gives him just enough ammo to keep chasing, and like a little mouse, she runs just slow enough for him to follow but never catch. Amelia is laser-focused, and she’s not letting love distract her from her mission.

She plays her cards carefully, positioning Hunter exactly where she wants him—with help from her cousin Zitha. These two gather enough intel on Hunter that by the time Amelia meets him, she’s prepared for anything. Amelia is tough as nails—love isn’t even on her radar, not when her mind is consumed with revenge. We get bits and pieces of Lerato’s story throughout, showing her relationship with Hunter. Honestly, the only thing we can really blame Hunter for is pushing Lerato out of a moving car—the rest? Nah, that was on her. Lerato was a grown woman who made the choice to use drugs, and sadly, addiction took her life. Maybe I’ve grown too attached to Hunter, but it felt like Amelia and Zitha were crucifying him for things he didn’t fully do.
But let me tell you, the one thing I absolutely loved about this book is the strong female lead. Amelia is a woman on a mission. It didn’t matter how good Hunter’s stroke game was, she stayed laser-focused on her goal. And in the end, she brought him to his knees. There were moments when I worried she’d fall for him and forget her mission—but no matter how close she got, her need to avenge her sister was always at the forefront, making Hunter’s advances futile.
If you’re into action-packed suspense, you need to grab this book. Hunter will stress you out—how does a man like him become that foolishly in love? Oh, he will frustrate you, shame! You can buy the book from the tagged author.

This book was good but it had great potential to become an even better book. I feel so many events in the book were rushed, almost everything happened in the past tense.
I don’t get how Lerato died because she was pushed out of a moving car, but she was able to relay what happened to Amelia. Nomhlekhabo died and Hunter moved on without investigating especially because this is someone he once loved.
I was not happy with the ending, in fact I would have loved it if Amelia actually fell for Hunter and their relationship worked.

The way Hunter blindly falls in love with Amelia to an extent that he can't even suspect her is so amazing. The interesting part is how he allows himself to be vulnerable before her, opening up and giving her access to his entire life. That power he hives Amelia is the one that perfectly leads to his downfall. Amelia is so sneaky, even Delilah has no match. She really took everything from him, and continued kicking him even when he's already down. Destroying is understatement, she finished him, she dissected him.

The Auther really outdone herself in this character here, Amelia showed me that a person is capable to go all out when it comes to the ones they love. And Hunter, he did not see that coming right ? Well i don't feel sorry for him because he do deserve all that, he do hurt and destroyed a lot of lives. Although death was an easy pass...
I did enjoy the book. It made me relate a little bit to Zendaya
