This book says in the first chapter to focus on one of the 5 paths just to get started, so I focused into the chapters about lease options because that is what I do. I also read the end, and liked the way the whole book comes together. I feel I can check it out from the library again if I want to look at one of the other 4 paths. Again, the lease optioning of mobile homes I own is working for me. I read about financing, and most was a review of things I have learned elsewhere, but a good review. The last page is the most important: it's not about education for success but follow through. Give me a few ounces of follow through.
