That means no TV, Wi-Fi, cell, or any signal used by every other wireless device that keeps normal people connected to the world.

A big fricken deal when I’m seriously addicted to technology.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, when I arrive at the isolated cabin I’m supposed to be staying in, I find the cabin already occupied by a stupidly sexy businessman from DC called Ryker.

But when a game of strip poker gets a teeny bit out of hand, I find out Ryker is hiding more than an incredibly ripped body underneath his shirt and tie...

Ryker is hiding in a cabin that Holly had booked and they get trapped together in the snow.
This was so good.  I really enjoyed Ryder's conniving ways with Holly, but had to wonder what was behind it. I really liked the mystery of Ryker,  as to whether he was a bad guy or not. 
Poor Holly had her issues also.  I loved her Gran and her feisty way too. It added depth to the story. 
So well written,  with interesting situations and great characters,  I thoroughly enjoyed the book.  Great work Lexi Hart!!

This is a steamy insta love with strong characters in Holly and Ryker. The author does a terrific job pulling you in and kept me glued to the pages with all the mystery and intrigue as well as the suspense,anxiety and danger. It's an action packed story with a sizzling hot chemistry,is well written with detailed and descriptive scenes and is another fantastic book by Lexi Hart. Loved and recommend this book.

What do you do when you are stuck in the woods and there is no internet....strip poker is a great start!!!

One Wild Weekend with Ryker is the seventeenth book in the One Wild Weekend With series and is a great addition to it. The story is about Holly and Ryker, with one crazy ass grandmother, more secrets than you can imagine, a cabin in the woods, having to make you own entertainment and one very hot and wild weekend. I loved this story and laughed a lot, along with blushed and needed a cold drink a few times.

'One Wild Weekend With Ryker' by Lexi Hart is part of her One Wild Weekend series and tells the story of Holly, who has her Christmas plans all set, and Ryker, a DC businessman. Holly's plans for Christmas was comfy pajamas while watching Hallmark movies but her father called her and guilted her to visit her grandmother instead. Holly was not looking forward to going to her grandma's as she lived in a National Quiet Zone which meant no TV, technology, internet, or cell phones but at least she won't have to stay with her grandmother as her father rented a cabin.

As Holly pulled up to the cabin she checked for a signal on her cell. No bars. Then a man said "This is a cell free area" as he walked out of the cabin. Holly just smiled and put her phone away. She introduced herself to the caretaker. Ryker laughed and said this was his cabin. Holly was confused and checked her directions. They went inside two clear things up and then heard a loud rumbling noise outside. Avalanche! Now they are snowed in together and will have to wait until help comes. What shall they do?

Ms. Hart has written an engaging and dynamic story with likable characters and an interesting plot. There are twists and turns, mystery, suspense, action, passion, and steamy encounters. I enjoyed this book and recommend it to anyone who likes some drama with their romance.

This is not just your typical steamy, instalove romance, it’s so much more. With a whole heap of mystery surrounding Ryker, add in some danger, intrigue, espionage, rival Federal government agencies and Holly’s eccentric grandma and you have a awesome quick read.

Another great story by Lexi Hart that I enjoyed right from the start!
It’s about Holly who’s planning on visiting her grandma, in the middle of nowhere, for Christmas. But instead of staying with Gran, she rented a cabin. Much to her surprise there’s a hot guy in it who claims the cabin is double booked. And then they’re stuck together for the weekend……
I loved that you’re kept in the dark about Ryker and what he’s up to. It’s a real pageturner. And I loved Gran!

Ryker has secrets and distracts her with hot sex. What are the secrets and will they see each other after their hot weekend. Always enjoy these stories and this author.

The best in the series! Filled with humour, panic, anxiety, anger, sorrow, hope and love. Ryker and Holly are the couple you dream to be and topping it off with a gran we all want. I'm still chuckling at some of her stories of back in the day.
Lexi has brought another story to fall in love with and add to your collection.

What a very interesting and intriguing story! "One Wild Weekend" to so much more with almost instant love and some very steamy action. Let me just say I am hooked. This story complete captured me; hook, line and sinker. It's such an addictive read. Holly and Ryker are dynamite with super hot chemistry. The suspense, danger, passion and super twists and turns.

You cannot go wrong with these stories from this author. What to do when you get trapped in a cabin with a hot guy? Ryker was amazing hero. He made me laugh and for me is always a guy that makes or breaks the story. I loved the dual, first person point of view. This author hasn't disappointed me yet.

I really liked how the author built up the relationship between the two main characters. The chemistry between the two main characters is steamy and intense. This one has you thinking who's what right from the start.
Standalone with no Cliffhangers.
Holly hates Christmas with her gran, but this year she has to do it. It's in an off the grid town and bring bad memories for her. She pulls up to her rented cabin never expecting to find a man inside. There is heat right from the start and then he's gone.
He trapped her in the cabin and still she can't get him off her mind.
Will she never see him again? Does she wants too?
Liked the mystery and heat on his book.

This was a holiday romantic suspense story.

Holly Walsh has not celebrated holidays since her mother passed away from cancer. This year she is going to visit her grandmother in Green Bank because her father's wife is ill and he cannot make it. She gets to the rustic cabin her father rented and finds Ryker already staying there.

Ryker tells Holly he is a businessman from DC but he actually works for a government agency. He triggers an avalanche that traps them in the cabin. He charms her and helps her with her anxiety. They end up having a torrid weekend together before he hikes out and finishes his mission.

Back in Miami Holly and Ryker reunite when her life is threatened and he saves her. He tells his handler he wants out to be with Holly and they get their HEA.

Holly thinks Ryker is the caretaker but he insists that the cabin is his. When these two decide to play a friendly game of poker the heat is on. Yes, Holly and Ryker have chemistry that will melt the snow and your kindle but will his secrets play a factor in their relationship?

Excellent unpredictable and scorching
I loved Ryker and Holly's story, which started very quickly and which when I got to the quarter of the book I wondered what could happen now because the romance seemed to be well under way. Well, there is no downtime, it's thrilling from start to finish, full of twists and turns, manipulations, suspense and unpredictable, with action scenes, steamy scenes. I wasnever bored and would have loved to have an extra chapter to find out what happens over the next few months.

This book is amazing! It’s time to for another weekend and this one is with Ryker. Sexy and mysterious, Holly has a hard time resisting him when the meet at the cabin she’s supposed to be staying in while visiting her grandmother. The chemistry is off the charts but Ryker has a secret he can’t tell her. He will find ways to distract her and keep her in the cabin. She will learn the truth, though, when he finally leaves and it will be a bumpy ride until he finds his way back to her with the truth, not only about who he is but also how he feels about her.

I really liked this book, loved the storyline, is totally different from any book I have read recently, which is great. It nice to read a great short hot read, I'm normally not knid on short reads, however this book was great and well worth a read. This is my first on the One Wild Weekend series and I was not disappointed. The intense connection between Ryker and Holly is instantaneous and quickly builds. Once I started, I couldn’t put it down. While maybe not quite a real life situation, I would definitively never say no to Ryker providing distraction if I were stressed.

This book is the perfect way to spend a couple hours to escape into a perfect roller coaster ride of way more ups than downs. I had a very hard time putting the book down as Ryker sounded absolutely perfect for being trapped inside a cabin with!! Sign me up for that experience.

Wondering if he has a two-O rule…
This book is about Holly and Ryker. She’s gone to Green Bank from sunny Miami for Christmas with her Gran. She’s going to struggle with her quirkiness and the memories being back there will hold for her. Her friends Steph and Jane want her to have a good time, and encourage her to be open to compromising with men and her expectations of them. This advice certainly comes in handy when she meets Ryker, who is holed up in the cabin she has booked for her snowy getaway. But maybe she takes it on a little bit too eagerly – and his charming manner doesn’t help either!
This has more suspense in it than I’m used to reading, but it was an enjoyable read. His job seemed a little questionable, but his attentiveness to her was honest. While she couldn’t get a lot of clear and straight answers out of him, she got a whole lot more than she bargained for too – in more ways than one! There was adventure, flirting, mystery, uncertainty, sweet words and gestures, hot, steamy passion, and plenty of big O’s! The story did end quite abruptly though, so I wish I knew what happens next. I give this book four and a quarter snowed-in stars.

Holly is coming up to the cabin her dad rented. She is staying there and going to visit her Gram. When she unlocks the door she is surprised by a very big, muscular, tatted, brooding, non talkative man. Ryker explains very little about why he is at the cabin - he seems to be hiding something. While Holly and Ryker are deciding what to do about the problem there is an avalanche and Holly’s car is buried under the snow as well as the cabin. Now what? This is an adventure with drama, suspense, mystery, danger, fear, twists and turns, ups and downs and smoking hot passion, lust and so much hotness! It is spicy, sizzling and oh so-o-o good. It will not disappoint. It’s a page turner and the story continues up until the very last page. I loved it and I’m eager for the next one. I love this series and I am eagerly waiting for the next one.

I did not want this book to end. Ryker and Holly both end up in the same cabin and then an avalanche hits... or does it? The cabin and her car are buried and she is getting an anxiety attack, but Ryker has an ingenious way for her to get through it. The characters are so complex with great backstories, intense feelings and determination. The storyline has Ryker taking charge and lying to her to keep her safe, but he has to keep to his mission. Loved the chemistry between them and that neither could stop thinking about the other. Gran is totally awesome and a wonder. The suspense and danger was intense and so vivid as the details brought it all to life. Loved how Ryker kept watch over Holly until he was able to deal with things. The ending was so perfect. I will be rereading this one again and can not wait to read more by this author.

Cindy isn't there to pick her up but her brother Ryder who's unpleasant and has to take Millie around. Millie and Ryder end up in a snowstorm and have to walk to Ryders cabin. That is when their adventure really takes off. There is plenty of drama, mystery, danger, suspense, fear and so much steamy passion. There is so much more going on in the story that will keep you glued to you seat reading. Will these two find a way to get the magic of Christmas in their relationship? Entertaining story.
