“If I had 1 hour to solve a problem […] I would spend the first 55 minutes determining the proper question to ask, for once I know the proper question, I could solve the problem in less than 5 minutes.” — Albert Einstein

Alexander is a 26 years old Senior User Experience designer specialized in Customer Experience and Conversion Rate Optimization. He loves problem-solving, and as we all know, UX design is a process of solving problems. He likes to think of himself as a Design Detective, getting to the root cause of why people have certain feelings about your product. It's not just what you do; it's also what you don't do.
As an 11-year-old, Alexander already started programming his own websites and programs for the PC game The Sims. Working closely with Electronic Arts, he learned an incredible amount in development, design, marketing, and his website being the largest The Sims website in Norway.
As a skilled entrepreneur, Alexander has used his creativity and problem-solving skills in designing several products, both physical and digital. In the past few years alone, he has started a few companies, including an online store for home decor along with complex solutions for larger ERP markets - all of which have allowed him to develop strong business acumen that can be applied across various industries. Whether it's creating brands or working on design projects from start to finish using new technologies like AR, you'll find Alexander’s professional approach is always endearing and compelling.
Alexander is passionate about UX design, and he sees it as a process of problem-solving. The core for any conversion optimization campaign is to understand the user's needs, desires, behaviors, motivations, etc., and tap into the psychological part of the user.
I read this book, and it has given me significant insight into the world of Conversion Rate Optimization. This book is perfect for those seeking to get the most out of their marketing budget! There are in depth examples and case studies from Uber, Airbnb, and Amazon about how they have increased their conversion rates. I’ve learned so much from it and it would be fantastic for anyone interested in the subject matter too."

A few years ago I started a new business with a friend, for which we needed to make an online site. I started to be interested and read how I can do this. A few days later I came across this book and after reading it.I gained the necessary knowledge and thanks to the creators of this book I would recommend it to anyone who has decided to start something new and doesn't have the needed knowledge.
Rather dense, so unless you're dedicated to learning the ins and outs of design, you're probably better off looking elsewhere. Still, it does have some useful information if you're into that sort of thing.
this book would be a great tutorial. everything in this life is achieved with a lot of perseverance and hard work, but through the book we would give ourselves a good start for our endeavor. Thanks, great copy.
Fantastic for juniors, but even as an experienced pro, I found it valuable for consolidating knowledge and reinforcing best practices. Great for getting everyone on the same page.
A book that makes you read it and you can get valuable information from it. Those who are interested in (and not only) UX designer should read it. It improves you and teaches you many things.
