The book has plenty of information along with data, stats, surveys, and references at the end of each chapter. The book offers many reacher leader roles: mentoring, special ed, curriculum, national board certification, accreditation, and professional development. However, I found it slow-going, and I think it's because there is so much text on each page with a small font. I had to keep telling myself to read, to not give up, to make note of salient points. If each chapter were a separate article to read, I think I would have found it easier to read.
