World Wright Incorporated finally makes the move to the big city. Shifting day to day operations to the City of Xi on the mainland our struggling young entrepreneurs find themselves facing more powerful forces of entrenched bureaucracy, political graft, economic protectionism, and a whole list of dirty tricks. Will they be able to forge new alliances, and sufficiently turn the tide of public opinion to succeed in this new environment, or will they find that what worked for them as a large fish in the little pond, will only get them eaten alive where the waters get deep?
This is a great series. As I write this, I have finished all 8 books. It has science, adventure, action, great character development. So sort of spoiler alert. It combines science - religion - myths together to form a wonderful story line. You won’t regret reading the series.
Had to stop at book 3. Can't finish. Thought the writer looked kinda strange in bio pic. Now I just see a pissed off woman hater. Aside from really bad editing, don't bother to read this book if your a women.
Hire a professional editor. Misspellings fucking GALORE.
Reads like Jewish wer dream of world dominant than anything else. Author's note mentions he started writing because he didn't find what he wanted to read. By that he meant pedophilia, harem, and Jewish world domination.
The rampant misogyny is very difficult to stomach. In this world the men from the future are fabulous, strong and capable. The women from the future are depicted as hysterical, whining, illogical feminists. These are women with multiple doctorates. The "native" women are always happy and glad to share one husband with multiple wives. The patriarch has about 20 blissful wives who always get along.
