Stop sabotaging yourself

This book is a great resource for couples. I like that this book does not put the blame on one person in a relationship for any problems. Instead the authot explains that often the actions pf one partner can drag the other person into a negative thought spiral. This book then addresses those negative spirals and showd you how to stop them. This involves among other things building self esteem and confidence. I think this book was an i teresting read.

Golden rules for communication between partners

Anxiety can be crippling to an individual. To va couple it equals relationship devastation.
This book can assist with overcoming that emotion.
Author has added some ideas for re-learning the basics of communication.
