Mastering Your Life
When will you decide that life is not meant to be merely endured but instead, to be deeply enjoyed? Too many people are living in a state of constant stress, running on autopilot, relying on outdated thought-habits that were formed out of fear just to survive the demands of modern life. We surrender to old routines and settle for familiar outcomes, no matter how stagnant, only to get by. When all we can focus on is our survival, we end up abandoning our dreams, losing sight of who we are, and our lives go unfulfilled. What if I told you that you could break this cycle by accepting that you deserve the awesome joys of life.
Finding the courage to change can be scary. It requires us to let go of our old reliable perspectives and trust the invisible power to transform that vibrates within each one of us - pure consciousness. In this book, you will learn practices to replace your unhelpful beliefs by rewiring your brain. You will literally be changing your mind - so that you can change your life.
Choosing this journey of self-discovery is the first step towards Mastering Your Life.
When you continuously feed your heart and mind with high vibrational thoughts and feelings, you strengthen the neural pathways that lead to joy. Your every cell will resonate with all you have always wanted, attracting your desired life into your reality. You will ascend into the best version of yourself - the most authentic and the most fulfilled.

October 11, 2021If you are a regular reader , you might have known that I was reading the book Mastering Your Life by Ms. Malti Bhojwani , who is a professional life coach , for a while now. I took my own sweet time reading it. Not because it is thick. Because it is deep. It makes you think. I also practiced meditation for the first time. Doing it everyday ever since. Perhaps it is too early to say , but it has been LIFE CHANGING.
Something that I did not address the last time I talked about the book , is the amount of research that the author has done. She has read numerous amount of books and articles from various sources and authors ranging from JK Rowling to Maslow.
I along with a few friends of mine(Maithri , Ishika and Dhanush) tried some of the practices that the author mentioned in the book. Here's what we found out.
I personally have tried to meditate before but I used to quit because I was unable to clear my mind of thoughts , I though it was a requirement for meditation. The author makes it clear that it is not so. That it is normal to have some thoughts when we are releasing stress . The author also makes it quite clear that while practicing meditation , one doesn't have to be in the Padmasana(although research does say , it's more beneficial) , as long as one keeps the back straight and you are comfortable , you can meditate from anywhere. I have meditated on my office chair for half an hour on the busiest of days. The book gave me the confidence to. Dhanush and Maithri , also had excellent results while practicing meditation.
The chapter that I liked the most was Chapter 4 , "We are always making choices". In this chapter , the author talks about all the conscious and subconscious choices one has to make. The author explains , selfishness vs self-love ; compromising vs accepting ; wanting vs committing in such easy and brillant terms , you have to read it for yourself. It helped me personally in resolving sevral conflicts within and with others.
I definitely hope you pick this book up and read it. It will surely help.you , as it helped me.

🌸The book " Mastering your life " is an amazing book written by the author Malti Bhojwani. This book gives you uncover the joy and happiness of your life. The author Malti Bhojwani uses her own life experience to teach the philosophy of life.
🌸Today in this time many people are having constant stress in their life be it their work-life stress or love life stress. Working like a machine and doing the same things every day When all we can focus on is our survival, we end up withdrawing our ambitions, mistaking the picture of who we are, and our existence leaves unfulfilled.
🌸What if this book tells you how to break this cycle and do something meaningful with your life. Isn't that interesting..?
Damn interesting this book tells us to understand exercises to rehabilitate your nonbeneficial notions by rewiring your brain.
🌸There are some beneficial exercises written in this book that will help you. For example, meditation can turn out excellent in releasing stress. When you will fill up your heart with positive thoughts and feelings you enhance the neural ways that guide you to happiness and success.
🌸You will be altering your mind - so that you can improve your life. In few days I will be doing the exercise suggested in the book. This is the most extraordinary book I've read so far, the writing of the book is amazing and can be easily understood. Loved the book very much.
🌸The author took a lot of effort in jotting down this book. The language used in the book is simple and easy to understand. The wording jotted down is pretty much easy to grasp. It is meaningful yet amazing at the same time.

Mastering your life by Malti Bhojwani
Before I review this book have a look at this:-
“Life is never made unbearable by circumstances but only by lack of meaning and purpose.”
– Viktor Frankl
We all are suffering! A common dilemma:-! But what do we do? Being immobile and growing our grief or moving with some positivity. A warrior spirit is always required within us for survival.
Mastering your life by multi bhojwani shares logical though on our survival. It provides the author's own story with her keen observations of a different situation a common person goes through.
Beginning with his memories author explains how our mental, physical, and surroundings greatest what we are. She explained that there are two types of power ware working. One is within us and the other outside us. The dependency of our life is determined by both.
When outside powers dominated, their effects are both: acceptable and hazardous but when inside powers provoke, they make a deep impact on us.
The above is the crux of the whole concept the author built. You and read further from inside. A must-read book.

📚 Book Review: Mastering Your Life" by Malti Bhojwani
Author. Survivor. Change Maker.
These are just three of the many words that can be used to describe the polymath that is Malti Bhojwani.
In her new blockbuster of a book - Mastering Your Life - the undisputed Queen of self-development takes on the ultimate challenge of communicating to her readers the highest life goal: the journey towards Mastery.
As with her previous books, Malti once again relies on empirical evidence to guide her readers towards Mastery, breathing new life into established paradigms to seamlessly craft a book that is a worthy successor to her previous writings.
Mastering Your Life does in fact come in two incarnations: abridged and unabridged. And although the author herself designed the abridged version to be consumed in one sitting, the aforementioned abridged version only leaves the avid reader wanting to know more.
A thought provoking book, Mastering Your Life is without doubt a must read.
My rating: 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
