I love to read about Kansas history, especially about the town of Abilene, Ks. I remember riding my bike over to see this mansion as a young girl. I remember going on the tour too. The pictures in the book are how I remember the place. I learned so much more about Abilene & it’s history than I thought I would from this book. Plus it has a good message passed on to readers.
