Suddenly, fighting my inner demons has a whole new meaning.
I went through hell and back just to end up in a constant nightmare. Well, maybe nightmare is wrong? Going back to normal life, though, is proving to be harder than I expected.
My saving grace? A man with strange green eyes that I hallucinated turned into a dragon. It was all a hallucination, wasn’t it?
How can I go back to being just a teacher when no matter what I tell myself, no matter what anyone tells me, I know the world as we see it isn’t so simple? There is more, and whatever that scientist did to me has cursed me.
Michelle writes alongside keeping her two tiny children, three dogs, three chickens, and husband alive. Slowly as her sanity teeters on the edge, she writes novels to escape every day.
Currently, she dreams up new worlds in Denver, Colorado, although she still embraces her roots from Chicago. Writing is a part of her, just as coffee and chocolate are her life-blood. In a world that is far too serious for its own good, she writes an escape.
The author did such a wonderful job of seamlessly adding this book to the series. I am completely in love with the dragons and their mates, but Barak just holds a special place in my heart with his ability to calm and understand his mate. The author continued the intensity of the previous books and kept us on the hunt for a way to take down the bad guy. So many revelations occur and the perfect setup for the next book. This book was a fantastic read and I can’t wait to see what happens next.
Jenn was a kindergarten teacher who has recently been through hell. She was kidnapped and experimented on by a mad scientist. She was injected with who knows what and was so drugged up she was seeing dragons and demons. She doesn't really feel safe anymore and has problems eating and sleeping. The only time she feels somewhat safe is with Barak, a hot man with bright green eyes. He confuses her because he keeps talking about dragons and mates.Jenn is confused, lost and having weird visions. She just doesn't even know what to think anymore.
Barak is an alien dragon shifter. The first time he met Jenn, he knew she was his fated mate. However she had gone through a horrible experince and he is giving her time to recover. He doesn't realize that she doesn't really remember what really happened and she belives the few memories she had were drug induced hallucinations. Somehow he will have to explain that nothing was a hallucination and she really saw demons and dragons. He will do whatever it takes to protect and care for his mate.

Love this series. Jenn was a teacher before she was kidnapped and experimented by a weird scientist, who wanted to breed her to a dragon. All the drugs made her hallucinate so she thinks it was all a strange dream, but Deo and Barak got her out of there and got her home. They are alien dragon shifters and Jenn is a mate to Barak. Fate sure played games with these two, in how they come in contact. The energy and chemistry of the characters is terrific. The strength and determination of the group keeps the pages turning as they tackle new challenges all the time. Plenty of drama, danger, surprises and vision revelations. Who is the woman Jenn sees in her visions. Love this series and can not wait for the next book.

If you like dragon romances look no further than this series by Nicole. They are full of adventure and steamy romance but to get the full experience you really need to read them in order. This one centres on Barak and Jenn. Jenn was rescued from a scientist who was experimenting on her by Deo and Barak. She believes everything she witnessed is a dream and that there is no such thing as dragons. Barak believes she is his fated mate and sets out to protect her and convince her that they should be together. There are many twists along the way for Jenn before she finally finds her true love. A truly engrossing read which ends with a crossover to the next book which I am eagerly awaiting.

Jenn is dealing with the aftermath of her kidnapping and rescue. Was it real? Are dragons real? Was she going crazy? Barak can't stay away from his mate when he can sense her pain and confusion. As he tries to get closer and help her heal, will outside forces linked to the crazy doctor steal Jenn away? This is a fun steamy ride. I liked seeing all the brothers and their mates interacting. Barak has a jealousy thing going on that he needs to get rid of. The ladies together are formidable, but their mates can definitely keep up. Looking forward to Cy's story. This book was given to me in exchange for my honest review.
Jenn is kidnapped and is experimented on by an evil and unethical scientist who tries to breed her with a dragon. Although she is rescued by Barak, she cannot stop thinking that the entire experience was all a hallucination. She saw the green-eyed man turn into a dragon, but no one believes that. Yet even after a week with her therapist, it is becoming more real each day. Her life has become a chronic nightmare experience and she isn’t sure of what is out there anymore.
Barak knows that he has found his mate. But she won’t believe he is real. Will he find a way to convince her? Will he have a chance to prove himself to her?
Jenn was kidnapped and experimented on by a mad scientist. All she remembers is dragons and demons. When Barak rescues her, he recognizes her as his mate but wants to give her time to adjust after her ordeal. However, she believes it was all a hallucination and that dragons don't exist. However Barak is breaking through her defenses. He'll still have to convince her that everything is real. This is part of a series but this is the first book I've read and it stands alone just fine. I liked the characters and the world building. A fun read that was good enough that I wished it was longer.
Jenn was kidnapped and experimented on by an evil doctor and was trying to mate her with Deo but he already had a mate. Barak helped rescue her and Deo had gotten her out of the dungeon but Barak carried her home. The police and her therapist didn’t believe her when she said about dragons she didn’t really see them. Her arms itched when he had injected her with different things, having nightmares and visions about a blonde girl. Tried to go back to teaching and that didn’t work out and got taken again but was found by Barak. Great book!
Although I have not been fortunate to have read this series from the beginning, I thoroughly enjoyed this quick action packed story. As the storyline has definitely piqued my interest, I’m looking forward to reading the earlier books in the series. The fifth book in the Space Dragons Seek Mates series a story that held my interest until the end. Jenn and dragon shifter Barak's story of suspense, drama, danger, kidnapping, villains, and romance. It does end with a carry-over to the next book, which I want to read. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Jenn didnt trust her mind. She thought she was losing it. Dragons can't be real! Demons can't be real! Well, Barak was real and he is a dragon shifter and his brother saved her from her captor. Jenn is Barak mate. So dragons must be real.

No Scales Needed is the fifth book in the Space Dragons Seek Mates series. I loved this story of dragon-shifter fated mates. The characters of Jenn and Barak are likable and well-depicted. The story has kidnapping, danger, suspense, intrigue, and romance for all to enjoy.

The story continues. Barack has found his mate but she thinks she is crazy and that she hallucinated everything that happened. Very interesting, quick read. Can’t wait for the next one. I received a free copy of this book and this is my voluntary, honest review.
This was an entertaining fast paced read. It was filled with all things sweet and steamy but tempered with danger, which brought out all the emotions I love when diving into one of this author's books. Good fun!
Barak is such a sweetheart and did so well with a very difficult situation. I feel so bad for Jenn that she had to go through all that and she really does need to stop talking about Deo. I can’t imaging getting yoinked into a portal was much fun either.

This was a great read that was interesting and well developed. The chemistry and interaction between the characters is outstanding. I was absolutely hooked right from the beginning to the end.
A good addition to the series. I'm wondering exactly what the evil doctor actually is. now the sisters are back together let's go kick the evil doctor's butt!
