On the bright side doesn't end as I thought/wanted it to but the way this book was written makes up for that disappointment. The characters were relatable and likeable (a few not so much, but every story needs a bad guy). Overall a nice feel good read.

An easy read. Quite enjoyed the different characters.

I would have loved the ex husband to go to jail rather than die, and was disappointed with ther parentage of the baby, but otherwise a satisfying end.

I enjoyed this story. The characters were well written. I did find some of the language unnecessary and not sounding like their type of words sometimes. But generally I enjoyed this book.

A great read. Light and enjoyable. If only all domestic violence cases were addressed with a new home and a lovely neighbour.

I really enjoyed this. Excellent writing, emotionally complex characters and not as predictable as I initially thought.
