Lighthouse Letters, Part 4

Rate this book
Little did she know that opening a letter would change her life forever…

Madison Fields loved nothing more than spending summers at her grandparent’s house in Bar Harbor, Maine. Days were filled with calm mornings collecting seashells with Pop and story time with Nana on the front porch as the sun faded into the night. This summer would be no different...or so she thought. Yet all it takes is a slit of an envelope to turn her world upside down.

Left with just a letter and an aged iron key, Madison sets out to discover what it all means.

Dropping everything to pursue a dream…

Renting an RV for an adventure of a lifetime…

Finding love along the way…

An unforgettable ending…

If there’s one thing Madison learns, it’s to expect the unexpected. Come check out the crystal waters of Bar Harbor and enjoy the sun setting over the most wondrous lighthouses the east coast has to offer.

Madison and Clint venture off, leaving Charlotte with her parents. As they are heading to their next campground, a bad storm happens, and after finally making it to the campground, they talk and decide to move their friendship to the next level and become boyfriend and girlfriend.
They also receive another letter from her Nan from a friend, who said Nan told her to expect her granddaughter sometime this summer. It seems like Nan really had everything planned out. Nan wanted Madison to experience life and have an adventure. She couldn't have known all that was happening to Madison on this adventure, but sometimes I wondered.
They have let nothing stop them from fulfilling her Nan's wish, whatever comes into their life, they will face it, deal with it and move on. But, her mother brings her father to her campsite with news. Madison's father, hasn't been there for her, his next gig, seemed to be what was important to him. So when her mother brought her father, that was a shock to her.
Madison has a lot of her Nan in her, even though she doesn't realize it. As they travel through their journey, Clint and Madison, is flying by the seat of their parents, and so far, they are continuing to keep moving forward.
I received an ARC from Coral Harper. This book, and the series, is one any age can relate to, understand, and enjoy as these young people, learn to navigate their transition into adulthood. We have all been there.

As Charlotte ends her part of the trip to stay with her parents as her dad heals from a car accident, Madison and Clint venture on, trying to follow the lighthouse clues that Nana has given Madison from beyond the grave in her letters. As Madison and Clint finally admit their rekindled feelings for each other, Madison has been avoiding calls from her very absent father who always lets her down. To Madison's surprise, she opens her trailer to find both of her parents standing there. Her mother says they have some news...
This adventure just keeps getting more intriguing! You will be on the edge of your seat. I'm grateful to the author for an advanced copy to read and review! I can't wait to read book #5 in this series!

Lighthouse Letters is a touching feel good beach novel that will keep you on the edge of your seat and warm your heart with every turn of a page!
You will want to read the previous books in the series prior to reading this one as they all tie together.

The story captivates you and pulls you in keeping you engaged in the story line. The characters are realistic, enjoyable and fun to get to know. They feel like life long friends long before you reach the end.

And the adventure continues….Charlotte stays behind to help while her father is recovering from an accident. Madison and Clint are continuing to make their way to Maine following clues left by her grandmother, sometimes in the most unlikely places. A relationship is progressing, a visit from Madison’s parents and….waiting for the next book! Enjoying this series!

I had such fun reading about Madison's journey from Florida to Maine.  It was interesting to see what Madison, Charlotte, and Clint experienced and to think of her grandmother planning her trip and visiting the lighthouses to leave her notes.  I cannot wait to see what they find next and what happens next in book 5 because book 4 was action packed to say the least and ended in a cliffhanger too.  I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly choose to write an honest review.

Charlotte has decided to stay at home while her Dad recuperates from his car accident. So the adventure continues for Madison and Clint as they travel to Newport, RI to see what Nana has to say in her next letter. Madison receives a welcomed offer in Newport but some devastating news at their next stop in Maine. I received an advanced copy of this book. The review and comments are my honest opinion.

I've read a lot of books written by Coral Harper; she is one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of her books.

This is the fourth book in the Coastal Series; it continues from the previous book and needs to be read in order. Every time they solve a mystery there is another letter with another mystery to solve.

Madison and Clint’s excursion has been fun to read. I love the way their relationship is blossoming. I think Nana knew in her heart that it should be and why this trip was planned. I love lighthouses which makes this series all the more special. Cannot wait to see what Nana has in store next but the storms Madison and Clint have weathered so far show they have it in them. This last bomb though, wow!

Charlotte stays with her family and Madison and Clint continue on. Very well written clean story. This one delves more into the relationship between Madison and Clint. Was cute when Skipper made a new friend. Again we are left with a cliffhanger, so have to wait for the next book.

I was given this advanced copy for free, and am leaving this review voluntarily.

The journey continues for Madison and Clint. Sadly, Charlotte has decided to stay home. Not sure how Nana pulled this off but she's amazing! More lighthouses, more letters, more adventure! Romance? Family drama? Read on and find out. It's a fun trip!
