It was personal

This book took me back 27 years to a night that changed so many lives. The writing is beautiful with amazing letters, poems, songs, heartache, hope, more pain and ended with what I prayed for throughout the book...Jamin to be happy with a family. Jenny talked to me about Jamin ALLLL the time. She loved him so much and wanted the best for him.
The grief was relatable (even though so different). I have lost both my parents and my baby. Reading "the tunnel" scared me a little and makes me want to look at my own grief process.
I loved that this book was written by a faithful woman. God is good, even through our darkest times.
Jenny was as beautiful as her mom writes. I miss her. Thank you for sharing. ❤
