Great and well structured book to understand the BCG procurement house model. A lot of examples of projects in different companies and industries. Really mind-opener about the prioritization of the values a procurement organization should discuss, the importance of a reliable and centralized data, and the new roles that are emergeging. Now presenting this perspective and trying to implement it in my current employer!

Great book wrote by BCG experts on a very important function like procurement. The book is so focused & practical, and short as well. Shouldn't be missed by the people who work on this profession.
