Half Blood: The Tale of Samara

I really enjoyed this book. It was a simple read and the writing had an ability to weave an engaging story that made it worthwhile. I really enjoyed the action scenes, which I could vividly imagine as they unfolded as well as the bond between Samara, William and Henry. The only downside is I would have liked to see more magic use from the characters. Aside from that I highly recommend it for fans of fantasy romance novels.

This is Alyssa Green's debut fantasy romance novel and was a quick read. This isn't a genre I typically pick up, but her writing talent and ability to craft an intriguing story made it worth the read. I especially enjoyed the action scenes and could clearly picture them as they happened. If you enjoy fantasy romance books, don't miss out on this one!

If you enjoy fantasy books that is fast paced, I recommend reading this book. It was a simple read and Alyssa Green’s writing ability to weave an engaging story made it worthwhile. I really enjoyed the action scenes, which I could vividly imagine as they unfolded. The only thing I would say is that I would have wanted more magic use from the characters. I highly recommend it for fans of fantasy romance novels.
