When the neo-fascist group The Doomsday Creed kidnap Sabrina Faroukh, Ryan Kaine gets the call.
Sabrina was the IT expert who helped Kaine in his early days and as the granddaughter of an influential arms dealer, her life has more value than most to the terrorists.
In the Arizona wilderness, up against a fanatical group hell-bent on creating a dirty bomb, Kaine needs more than luck to rescue Sabrina. And he could do without the trigger-happy local law enforcement speeding to the scene.
With so many lives riding on a successful outcome, Kaine is at his limit, when things take a desperate turn for the worst.
If you like Lee Child, Mark Dawson and Robert Ludlum, you’re going to find the Ryan Kaine series compulsively addictive.
#1 bestselling author with the US-based Lucky Shores romantic suspense series and the Ryan Kaine military action thrillers, and creator of the popular DCI Jones Casebook series of police procedurals, Kerry J Donovan was born in Dublin, before spending many formative years in West Wales.
Kerry earned a first-class honours degree in Human Biology and a PhD in Sport and Exercise Sciences. A former scientific advisor to The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, he helped UK emergency first-responders prepare for chemical and biological attacks in the wake of the 9/11 atrocities. This background adds a keen scientific edge to Kerry’s writing.
Kerry’s life experiences help him add an extra layer of realism to his stories and his characters. For example, readers will discover the water-borne adventures of his action hero, Ryan Kaine, a former member of the Royal Navy’s Special Boat Services, as authentic and exciting as a night-time dip in the Bay of Biscay.
As the owner of a “pristine” Honda NC750X, you’ll often find him touring the less well-known regions of Europe in search of interesting locations for his novels. A life-long sports enthusiast and open-water swimmer, the moment Kerry catches a glimpse of the ocean, it’s off with the bike leathers and on with his wetsuit.
A citizen of the world, Kerry recently returned from spending two decades living in the heart of rural Brittany and now lives with Margaret in a recently renovated bungalow in Nottinghamshire, UK.
When not writing, Kerry enjoys riding his motorbike, jogging, swimming, spending time with his four wonderful grandchildren, and travelling the world.

Ryan Kaine is a great action series, love action you will love this series, a character with a dry wit that also adds humour into the action, well paced, gripping, action packed and also a collection of great characters....
Finish this.... then want you need is number ten in the series. The only thing for me is I missed the other characters and team not used in this book. Otherwise nearly as strong as all the others in the series.
Another fast action story with Ryan having to hunt down Sabrina, a hacker that helped him in the first story, who has been abducted. This is a mission he does with only the help of Corky. He wades into the problem compounded by the usual alphabet soup of American agencies!! Just a great novel from this author who is giving me hours of pleasure reading this series.
Enjoyed this book as well !!! Lots of action for Ryan and Crew to trudge their way through. In this book we find out what happened to Sabrina , one of Kaine' s cyber friends from the 1st book. She is not doing too good..... Kaine travels to America out in the wild , west . Expect corny jokes with a western twang !!
A thriller that has Kaine called in to rescue a friend and daughter of a wealthy businessman who has been kidnapped for ransom. All is not as it appears on the surface and it takes all of Kaine’s skills to overcome various problems especially in the final minutes of the rescue when an allay was treacherous.
This story is a departure from Ryan Kaine saving the relatives of the "83", but interesting because he sets off the rescue Sabrina, the lady who helped him so much in the beginning of his mission. She has been kidnapped by a bad group of men who want to overthrow the US government by stealing some big weapons that Sabrina's father's company makes.
Kaine is once again dodging bullets, literally. He is off to rescue Sabrina in the US where she disappeared joined by Alain Dubois, head of security at her grandfather's company. This will be a difficult mission, trying to separate friend from foe in a place where he cannot call on his support team. This may be explosive. Well worth the read.
Reading books one through nine in three weeks, this whole series is a page turned. Terrorist, intrigue, friendship and love. With a strong lead charter and supporting cast you'll find it hard to put down.
I've thoroughly enjoyed this entire series. Ryan Kaine and his group keep me reading on the edge of my seat. Like Lara I fell in love with the tough guy with good old fashioned manners. Just can't out these books down.
I’m really chuffed to find this author. I have read books 1-9 and enjoyed each book. I am now looking forward to books 10 and 11 as I’m sure they will also be great reads.
It's so refreshing to read a novel relating to British special forces. Something other than the usual USA heroes. I've just finished book 9 in the series and they've all been great page turners. Already downloaded book 10.
From start to finish, this book had action, suspense, hateable character, believable character, plenty of gizmos and all round entertainment. I recommend reading the Ryan Kaine series.
Sad? Yes ... Having read all nine books in the Ryan Kaine series I live in hope that there will be more. Good stories at times brutally violent, but page turners that leave you yearning for more.
Working alone leaving a very angry Lara behind in Paris, Kaine would have to face that problem when he returned. again a great story well planned. Highly recommended.
This story focuses on Sabrina and the trouble she finds herself in while working undercover! Ryan gets a call from her grandfather and off things go to America! Wow, lots of twists and turns to keep you trying to figure out the ending!
Ryan gets into more trouble than life should allow! Very exciting story that I couldn’t put down. Just a little overkill on the distributions of his surroundings!
