I live in the Burlington, Vermont area and am very familiar with the magical work done by Mark Redmond and the team at Spectrum, a non profit that serves youth and young adults skills, mentoring and services as they navigate life's road. They provide support, counseling and a multitude of guidance for young adults who might not have that at home or from their families. Mark's whole professional life has been dedicated to this population and the book is properly titled as he has truly been CALLED to do this work. Highly recommend. Easy to read and insightful.
