For some reason, I only discovered this book at the END of the school year. We literally have two weeks left. I was inspired by this book. I've been teaching for three years and it was just the pick-me-up I needed. My classes aren't out of control, but this book gave me peace in the craziness at the end of the year. I honestly can't wait to implement these ideas next year. I've passed it along to other teachers!

I've been teaching for over 10 years. It was a great refresher on classroom management strategies.
