Good book. Kept my interest through out and hated to put it down. A different kind of moonshiner business. People were very interesting and had a comical sense. Noticed how many time people were read their Miranda rights which can’t me as interesting. Have been arrested more than once back in my youth. Never was read my rights. Always heard the arrest wasn’t legal if not. Got a good laugh from the police which comment this isn’t TV. But a very good book and will check out more by this lady

This is a great first book from Debra Fuller. I loved it and didn’t want to put it down until I turned the last page. The story told in the slang of the characters from Texas helped bring them to life. I can’t wait to see what happens (especially to Quida Mae). in the next book in this saga.
