Secret Proxy Bride

She is married with three grown up sons, and two gorgeous grand-daughters. Margaret lives in Australia. She has recently retired from work, and hopes to concentrate on her writing.

Dyson and Emily
This is a sweet short Proxy bride story and is written by Margaret Tanner. She has filled the pages with excitement and adventure. Dyson was in the military and his best friend Robert was wounded horribly in a battle. On his death bed he got Dyson to promise to marry by proxy his betrothed, as they has had relations the night before he left for war now she was with child. Dyson reluctantly agreed telling him it would be in name only. Robert died that night and the company minister took care of the proxy marriage. Emily wrote Dyson when her son was born letting him know. Four years later her father died and she is destitute and as a last resort she and her son leave on the long journey to go to Dyson. You will greatly enjoy discovering how they find their happily ever after.

The author has once again penned a sweet and heartwarming story full of human emotions. This is Miranda and Dyson's story. During the war, Dyson, as his friend Robert lay dying, promised to marry Robert's wife and give his young son a family, by proxy on the agreement that the bride would never contact him. When Miranda and her son end up homeless she goes against the agreement and contacts Dyson, who agrees to help them. What happens when the couple meet? Do they form a loving relationship and find a HEA? Be sure to read this wonderful story to find out. I know you will enjoy it as much as I did.

Recovering from loss
Miranda bravely travels a long distance with her young son to find her proxy husband knowing she will face many challenges. A very well written story. Hope there is a story for Les.

What would you do if your best friend lay dying and begs you for something? Of course, if it's in your power, you would say yes. He did not expect to hear from his friend, begging him to marry his pregnant fiance. Great book, Great characters.

Miranda and Dyson 💞
Very heartwarming story. Dyson didn’t think he wanted a family, but it took a four year old boy to thaw his heart.
Absolutely loved the ending! I could almost picture the happy home and family ❤️

Great story
Such joyful reading! Really enjoyable stories with wonderful human issues and of course great outcomes. But first come the trials. Life's issues get so sticky and then work out. Easy reading!

I love a proxy bride story and this fits in perfectly. Except it's a couple years before the bride and groom meet. But theirs are profoundly different circumstances.
