5 chapters, 50 quotes and some words of wisdom. This book takes you on a journey from healing yourself & loving yourself to believing in yourself & chasing your dreams. It's based on my experience but also on the experience of people around me. I wrote it after overcoming depression. After I managed to fully heal myself, recover and regain belief in my abilities, I felt the need to share my thoughts with people. I sincerely hope that now I can offer this book as a helpful tool to those that need hope, looking to find faith and willingness to fight again.
I am a 20 years old student at the University of Toronto. Living away from home teaches you lessons you can’t learn by staying in your comfort zone. That is exactly what happened to me. At 15 years old, I made the decision to leave my home and study abroad. My parents have been always supporting me and this time wasn’t an exception. The last 4 years have been tough for me in many ways and at the same time wonderful, full of new acquaintances, excitement, knowledge and valuable experience. This experience gave me the ability to write this book.
Amazing!! I found this so motivating...read it while going through an especially hard time. I really liked opening the book to a random page whenever I'm feeling down, and reading through a few pages (interestingly enough, the quote I landed on always pertained to the mood and situation!!). So uplifting, and the layout and organization of the book is really something :D. Recommend whenever you're looking for motivation, don't have anyone to turn to for support, or simply when you want to feel loved!
I've never dog-eared a book as much as I did this one; there're lots of super cute and meaningful quotes I wanna remember... definitely worth a quick, easy but meaningful read
This is such an inspirational book and has helped me reconnect with myself through a really tough time. I still go to this book and read a few pages when I need a daily pick me up. Highly recommend reading this book slowly and taking your time and really taking in every word that Marie Feather has to say! I would suggest this book to anyone regardless of what you are going through. It’s a great eye opening, awakening book for everyone. Best I have read in a while!
This book changed the way I look at things. I have dealt with stress and depression all of my life and reading this book really touched me. I love how the author chose quotes not by who wrote them/ or said them but by the meaning and the message they inspired. This book is a must-read. Especially if you are going through a tough time in school. However, I'm sure it will help even if you are not in that situation.

“The most difficult thing in life is to know yourself.” ~~Thales
She has motivated the readers to show the world who they really are and has advised them to meet themselves. She has asked the readers to stop existing and to start living. I loved author's definition of healing - "coming back to yourself".
The topics covered in the book are helpful and many readers could connect to them. Book is written in a lucid language so more and more readers you understand it easily. Cover photo of the book looks so decent and title is suitable. It is an insightful read that I like to recommend to my fellow readers.
