Continue the thrilling journey of Sam Pope, with books 4-6 of the international bestselling Sam Pope series: Too Far Gone, The Final Mile and Man Of My Word.
Fight for something.
Sam’s fight continues in TOO FAR GONE, as he goes head to head with General Wallace, in a bid to bring down Blackridge and finally discover the truth of Project Hailstorm. THE FINAL MILE sees Sam fighting for survival inside an off the books, maximum security prison where both the convicts and the guards have him in their crosshairs. And lastly MAN OF MY WORD finds Sam in South Carolina, fighting to keep his promise to Alex Stone, whose desperation to find her family has landed in an escalating drug war.

I have read and loved all the Sam Pope books so far, and have the next 3 books waiting to be read, but this last book, despite, or because Sam had finally fulfilled his promise, was sheer unmitigated brutality that I simply didn't have the stomach for. This is why I have only given it 1 star
I purchased these to read on holiday. I enjoyed the story lines but got bored with the constant italics. Going constantly back to recall the same events time and time again. The main one being the death of his son. I think they are just copied and pasted from one book to another to fill up the pages.
Have read the first 6 books in just over 2 weeks and am firmly hooked on all things Sam Pope. Unlike Reacher, Sam bleeds and gets badly hurt which makes his character more believable and 'real'. Enjoyed Sam's hop across the pond and I'm looking forward to the next instalment as the fight to make things right continues🥰
Sam Pope, I'm sad to leave you behind. A great series, if a little drawn out at times. There's a bit of everything in this tale - it includes such as would a thriller, plus fight scenes, romance, crime, friendship, honour, humour, respect, courage. Definitely need to see this on the big screen!
RE has made a good fist of the first six books. I enjoyed them. The only problem for me was the amount of pages dedicated to reviewing what had gone before. If someone needs this they should have read the books from the beginning
After reading all six books im.ready for more of Sam Pope. Poor guy does do battle and you want to get in there and help him. Thanks really enjoyed reading these books.
Robert revisits lots of the earlier books but if one hasn't read them I can see why. Excellent action in all of them and a very good read. Recommended.
Not everyone will agree with what Sam does, but you can't deny the reason for what happens to everyone who appears on his radar. He does the right thing. Great books.
