The Power of Words?

I was expecting a more positive confession approach for children than breathing techniques.

The scary things received more attention than the breathing techniques.

This is why I always read the book myself before sharing with my children.

In my opinion this book would make them afraid than focusing on overcoming their fears with deep breathing.

A delightful book!

The subject of this book is perfect for children during these trying times. The rhyming text will help hold a child's short attention span, and the illustrations are colorful and delightful. An informative and delightful book!
