This is a fantastic urban fantasy featuring angels, vampires, witches, werewolves + a host of other creatures, all with a South African flare. All of the characters are well developed whilst possessing the right amount of mystery. The world-building is also excellent, painting a vivid picture of this supernatural world. This was a hard book to put down. Once I started it, I was engrossed. 5 stars.

Captivating

Well... This was upsetting! I always struggle to deal with a good book ending as I get so captivated by the characters
The book is finished and I am not ready for it to be finished. Karen, you are an amazing writer and actually had me saying "Ag no man!!!" out loud as I just realised the story ended. I am hoping the follow up on this story is on its way soon. Thank you for an excellent read.
