Nest of Stars
Written in the tradition of Mary Oliver with a focus on the magnificence of the simple, this work celebrates the art of stillness.
With rich imagery and lyrical playfulness, the intangible treasures of life are revealed. This collection is described as a unique painting of words, enticing and innocent, and combines a zest for life and adventure with the clumsy practice of contentment in a nest.
In Nest of Stars by Nicole Verrone, we experience an imaginative walk where boundaries are erased, guided by the wit and wisdom of the universe at play.

The perfect collection of poems for when you need a moment of calm and stillness. This book opens your mind and your heart, allowing the words to carry you away. Pairs well with a cup of chamomile tea, a cozy blanket & a fragrant candle 💫

Nest of Stars is a poetry book penned by the author Nicole Verrone. This book is a collection of more than forty poems based on various topics like friend, gravity, hunger, labor, still life, ride home, etc.
Scent is my favorite poem from the collection. In this poem, the partner inhales the scent that is exhaled by the loved one. Nicole has very well expressed the emotions in these poems.
Every poem has a title. I was able to relate to most of the poems. The writing style of the author is amazing. Even if you aren't an avid poetry reader, you would be able to understand the meaning behind each poem.
I enjoyed these poems with a cup of coffee while sitting on my front porch. The title of the book is something I loved. Poetry fans should go for it. You would be delighted to read this book.

I often think of the profound moments when poetry authors come up with enigmatic yet endearing pieces to share with the world. Some hidden and some decipherable, I always desire to be encapsulated in a reading experience where I can pursue the habit of thinking interpretations while embracing the warmth and depth of each piece.
Nest of Stars has an infinite touch to human experiences & emotions. Reading it is like carving the author's memories into your memory, instilling the beauty and stillness her world can offer. It was too personal that I felt so fortunate to have read it.
Nest of Stars became my comfort and escape whenever the days it took me to read it were unbearable and tiring. The touch of nature and the deluge of senses on every page of this book were immensely wonderful to experience. I recommend this book for those who want a reprieve from their usual read. It navigates pieces of life through abundant imagery.
