I am in the minority, but I firmly believe that the stress of believing you can control getting pregnant (through your diet etc) , while good in small doses, is more detrimental and overall I think most women over think it. Books like this cause more women high anxiety while trying to conceive, which I think is exactly what you don't want to do.
