This is probably geared towards medical students or people working in the healthcare industry but I still found it informative and easy to read. I wanted to learn more about how nutrition can affect your health and this definitely helped. It made me think more about what I put in my body on a daily basis. It also gave me starting points to go and read up on certain areas that are of interest to my own health.
