A good fictional account of a young nature guide in Nepal’s Chitwan National Park rooted in realism.

A wonderful short read that will help introduce children to the concepts of national parks and wildlife & biodiversity protection endeavours. :)

Just got back from a trip to Nepal's vast and gorgeous Chitwan National Park with Sita. This book although is a children's book, it doesn't hurt to be a child again, does it?
I loved every bit of this walk and being in the serene and soothing lap of nature. The illustrations are bright and beautiful and they compliment with Vaishali Shroff 's imaginative and simple style of writing. There are some very significant lessons that are woven into the story, the most striking one is to be 'mindful' and 'present'.
