Perhaps I should have picked up "Judaism for Dummies", which was on the library shelf next to this one. It had some interesting parts, which helped me understand the Torah, mitzvah, and other beliefs. Overall, it seemed dated, but if I had taken the time to actually study it rather than skim it, I might have rated it higher.
