Not a bad read, but is extremely dense. It does not use the point, but has quite a bit of information in condensed form which I assume was meant to gather up his opinion on a subject matter. Approaching the end is much better, and for the most part the book was written in a past tense, so as to sum up a series of ideas. Does not read in the awesome way many other dover books are written until the very end, where he for some odd reason writes off new ideas. The book sums up some of his research into valence structures. Great for people who already know a lot about the subject.
