I discovered some new ideas about oral hygiene and mushy foods since I had a gum graft on Friday.

This was my recovery process:
I ate only kitcharee (an Ayurvedic mushy soup of mung beans and rice), miso soup, and yogurt with honey for a couple days when I could not chew. It reset my digestive system with easily digestible nourishment and provided some beneficial bacteria (from the yogurt and miso).

I rinsed my mouth with a mouth wash that contained Echinacea and rosemary oils (which I learned about in this book).

And I am going to invest in a rubber tipped tooth and gum pick after I am all healed to keep my gums clean and healthy!

I'd give it a five for being indispensable. But four is about right because it would be a five if it was-more. This book could be More!

Some useful information, but not too much practical advice that you can use (if you don't believe strongly the "alternative medicine").
