she could have been a phenomenal backup after this arrangement inevitably falls apart.
also, WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH THE FEELINGS?
i though i had it figured out last time but now it seems i was completely wrong.
lastly, lmao he basically turned into an ikemen. although, at first his face didn’t fit with the new uniform and stuff. but i guess it grew on me.

oh gosh, only one volume left! TT it’s the final stretch, folks 😖
haha that entire conversation between the ex and mashuu XD. i like how the ex (yes, this will be how i acknowledge him lol) tried to gain the upper hand when he told mashuu that they used to date but he was left all >:( at the end pft. oh man, im glad for some humor T^T.
also, wow. plot twist. listen man, i know the ex wanted closure. i get it. but sending her to sendai by lying to her that it was on the basis of a punishment ?? thats,,,,eh kind of cruel :/. maybe that did help her contemplate her relationship w/mashuu + help their story develop more than it would’ve if she stayed in tokyo but still. definitely did not help in her inner turmoil at that time (or maybe it would have 🤷♀️ cant rlly say since the story didn’t go that way). nevertheless, im happy satoko was able to apologize. she’s come a long way.
the conversation btwn nao and sakoto was just oof (for nao anyway, poor girl). as i guessed, sakoto confirms that the relationship between her and mashuu could only be described as nameless, or something without a clear label. like as nao puts it, even tho she doesn’t understand:
“The path that they’ve chosen is neither black nor white. It’s a color like that of a jewel.”
