Sinful Sacrament is book 2 in the Sinful duet and to understand the story fully, you will need to read Sinful Illusion first.
Although it took me a while to get into the first book (largely due to not looking at the spoilers preparing me for what was to come), I found myself speeding to the end. After the cliffhanger, I was so excited to find out what happened next in Fox and Eva's story that I bumped it up my reading list and started it as soon as I received my advanced review copy.
This book does not disappoint and will take you on a rollercoaster of emotions, even throwing in a few twists that you don't expect. It's extremely well written and the character development of both characters is exceptional.
I highly recommend this duet to anyone looking for a dark romance but if you are triggered by BDSM, sex trafficking, attempted rape and spanking please proceed with caution as these are touched on throughout the story.
I will definitely be reading more from this fabulous author.

Eva ran from Fox when he lied to her, but will he find her ? This is the conclusion of the Sinful Duet and they should be read together.
Eva has created her new life, and Fox looks for her everywhere, not having realized how far she went. Fox finally finds her and starts realizing that he can’t keep her captive if he wants to keep her. Relationships are partnerships, and he can’t command her to do everything. In turn, Eva starts to find that she does love Fox, that is wasn’t Stockholm Syndrome, but there’s a lot that she doesn’t know.
This book is about lies uncovered, finding happiness, and a hard won HEA. I love the ending to Fox and Eva’s story, and the realization that being strong doesn’t mean you don’t need to lean on anyone. Love needs to be expressed and it can’t be taken for granted. This is a high heat book, with spicy sex scenes, dominance, and it’s soo good.

Sinful Sacrament is book 2 from Sinful duet series to understand the book you need to read sinful illusion .
I also couldn’t wait to read this book from the cliffhanger from the 1st one I was super excited to know what was going to happen to fox and Eva. it took me 3 days to read my arc copy I couldn’t put it down. Omg the stuff that Eva found about her family wow and fox was there to be by her side so she didn’t have to go thru anything by her self . She was so happy to see someone important in her life and she thought had died all I can say I enjoyed the book. This author is amazing writer and I can’t wait to read more of her books you won’t regret reading I promise

Sinful Sacrament is book two and the conclusion of the Sinful Duet by Morgan James. The book was long-awaited and starts off where book one ended. Fox has found Eva in Omaha forty-seven days after she escaped. Right off the bat, we’re thrown into Fox and Eva’s love, their chemistry, and the mystery surrounding Fox’s past.
Fox and Eva had a tough start, and their journey to love wasn’t easy. Previously these characters could not stand each other, but now they would go to the depths of hell for each other. These two characters went through hell but ultimately came out stronger. Their love for each other grew, and they truly made each other the best version of themselves. Fox and Eva still possess some of the characteristics that make them who they are, but the most prominent change was in Fox and how he came to care for and love Eva. I loved seeing Fox and Eva’s relationship develop and while it was fast; it was so them and perfect for this book.
Sinful Sacrament is a five-star, action-packed, steamy read with unexpected twists and turns. I was not expecting either of the twists in this book. The first one was gasp-inducing, but the second one was jaw-dropping and completely out of the blue. I could not put this book down and I’m kind of upset this duet is over because I’ve come to love these characters so much! I feel I wasn’t able to get an accurate answer to why Fox has visions, but I see why the author included it, and it works in this book!
Overall, I really liked this conclusion; much more than the first book in the duet and I HIGHLY recommend this suspenseful, steamy, dark, intense book.

I love Eva and Fox they may have started out rough but they truly fell for one another. Fox would go to the ends of the earth to protect Eva and he would burn the city to the ground to destroy anyone that came after her which is pretty much what he did. There is so much going on within the story that will keep you guessing and holy crap did I not see that coming. Seriously had no idea. Be prepared for the ride of your life with all the twists and turns as well as emotionally. These two characters are fire but they had some serious work to do to make it to their HEA. This duet was my first read from this author and it will definitely not be my last. Fantastic read and I highly recommend.

I was excited to get the continuation of this story, that twist at the end… man I didn’t see “the bad guy” being that person!
The author did a great job keeping me in suspense over the final plot. I would absolutely read her again.

It is such a bittersweet feeling when a good book ends. I think this was the quickest I have gone through one of Morgan's book because I finished it in like a day.
Eva is still just as stubborn and strong in this one and even more so given everything her and Fox go through. Fox has a tender side that shows alot more in this one and I loved to see it. Both of them are again perfect for each other and the happy ending that they get was just perfect.
The first half of the book was mainly Eva deciding how to possibly move forward with Fox after the ending to the last book. Through that more of Fox's backstory is revealed and more on what happened to her sister is shown. Then after, more is revealed on Arana, and I really did not expect it to be who it was. Meanwhile Eva gets kidnapped at that point and shows just how strong she can be given everything. (Can u tell I suck at being vague). And no matter what, Eva and Fox still had their hot and heavy moments through out.
I really loved this one and highly recommend reading it.

Sinful Sacrament is the continuation of Fox and Eva's decadently, sinful journey. And what an ending it is. This book is every bit as delicious and Sinful (of course) as book 1. Lies and secrets coming to light has created major problems for Fox and Eva. Fox has a lot of explaining to do as secrets come out and Eve makes him work for every little bit of forgiveness too. Their relationship is still just as intense and the push and pull between the two of them still just as sexy. Their journey isn't an easy one and it's especially difficult when they finally find out the cause of the ultimate betrayal but, it is an exciting, steamy journey full of love.

Fox goes hunting for her and he finds her and gets her back, but it does have its challenges with Eva.
These two do find a balance with the trust issue but I felt that Eva always threw it in Fox's face.
Fox finally finds who is the head of the human trafficking is but its not who you expect.
Overall I enjoyed this Duet and definitely will read more by Morgan James.

Love the covers in this duet…. After that cliffhanger in part one grabbing part two is a no brainer! Loved the blurb on this one and after reading… apt title.

Eva's head is spinning with misdirection and distrust so the only logical thing to do is run ...
But the problem is fox already knows where to find her and is determined to win her back. But every obstacle will stand in the way including the most unexpected one.
If you read book 1 sinful illusions this book shows the softer side to fox but still ultra steamy in it's own right.

If you love a steamy scenes with a fantastic plot as well as stubborn/strong-willed women and possessive alphaholes-then this duet is for you!
Twisty, dark, sexy and absolutely everything we have come to expect from Morgan James and then some! Every book of Morgan's I read blows me away. Her writing is unique, captivating and in this duet-sinfully delicious!!!

Sinful Sacrament is book 2 of the Sinful Duet. You need to read the first one, Sinful Illusions to fully understand the relationship between Fox and Eva.
I could not wait for this book to be released since the cliffhanger in book one had me sitting on the edge of my seat. I'm so glad that I got to read this as an ARC. I once again could not put it down.
Eva left/ran from Fox at the end of the first book. She overheard something that she would not believe and needed to get away from him and everything that haunted her. She finally found a place to live but still had to keep looking over her shoulder for Fox or his men. What happens when Fox finds her? Will she realize that Fox truly loves her? Can she forgive him for the things that happened in the past? Will she give in and decide that being with Fox is something that she wants?
Fox is a ruthless man but does have a heart of gold for the ones that he loves, and he truly loves Eva. He finally finds her and wants to take her away but understands that she may have reservations about going with him. He doesn't force her and I feel it is because he loves her so much, so he tries to persuade her with love. What happens when he finally gets her to go with him? Do more secrets come out? Does he get her to listen about things that he has learned?
When Eva and Fox find that her family is involved in illegal activities, they know that they need to do something. Will Eva agree to the tactics that Fox wants to use? When tragedy hits will they survive?
Morgan does it again but with more twists and turns that this book is even harder to put down. She had my heart beating faster than normal and my stomach in knots. Sinful Sacrament is the conclusion to Eva & Fox's story so YOU MUST READ Sinful Illusions (Book 1) FIRST! I'm not going to lie, I wasn't Fox's biggest fan despite the fact that this duet was impossible to put down as he did some questionable things to Eva. The good news is she definitely did her part in going toe to toe with him which was brilliant. Things are different now, but there's still that whole underlying issue of who is behind the trafficking of women & children so the twists were seriously coming in hot & the danger was ever-present. I had my suspicions, and while I may or may not have been on the right track, I was still blown away as to who the biggest baddie was. I do find myself with a question left about what happened to a secondary character, but that's the only blip on my radar this round. I devoured this in short order, and you really want to see how it all pans out! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After Sinful Illusions (Book 1) finished with a cliffhanger that left me sitting on the edge of my seat with my mouth gaping I couldn't wait to dive into Sinful Sacrament, Fox and Eva's epic conclusion.
And what a ride their conclusion was. I buckled in and devoured every word in one sitting.
Fox! What a Man! He may have the face of being utterly ruthless but damn his vulnerabilities and love for Eva had me swooning hard. Eva like Book 1 I loved her sass and strength. And these two together are one hot perfection.
As Fox and Eva's story continues there is sizzling chemistry, steam, angst, deceit, suspense, action, and so much heartwarming love.
And...... as secrets were revealed and the twists and turns kept on coming my heart raced, my head spun, and I gasped in both shock and surprise.
What a ride!! But the beautiful ending made every heart-aching minute worth it.

Morgan James brings us the final in the Sinful Duet series and this one was so engaging I couldn't put it down. It is full of suspense, deceit, drama, betrayal, heartbreak. But be warned - there are triggers that will set some readers off, so don't get the book then trash it. Morgan dabbles into sex trafficking, attempted rape and spanking so if these upset you in any way, give this book a miss. If you enjoy reading about control, dominance and finding out what true love means and how to keep it, then this book will have you sitting on the edge of your seat. Be warned though - you need to have coffee and snacks beside you because you won't want to put the book down to go eat.

This is the 2nd and conclusion to this amazing duet, and Fox and Eva’s story continues straight on from the cliffhanger ending in #1. Fox may be ruthless but when it comes to those, he loves her has a huge heart, and he truly loves Eva, and he will do whatever he must to protect her and keep her safe. Eva discovers more about her family, and she does not know who to trust and who not to. Many questions are answered in this story as the truth is revealed. This is a well written flawless story which is dark, raw, gritty, and with emotions, betrayal, deceit, suspense, danger, lies, twists, heartbreak, and love, which all had me on tenterhooks throughout this addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

I loved this book! It addressed the cliffhanger from book 1 really well, and the romance/crime plotlines are perfectly complementary to each other!
The Fox/Eva content was so wholesome in this one ❤️ I didn't like book 1 that much because I felt uncomfortable with the power imbalance (and misuse?) between Fox and Eva, but in this book, they've finally learnt to trust and respect each other, and I really loved that!
And that epilogue 😭 just the best <3
And finally.. if any of you decided to not read book 2 because you felt uncomfortable with book 1 (yep I had initially decided to do that, until my curiosity got the better of me), I'd say give book 2 a chance, because their dynamic is more balanced in this one, and it is seriously amazing.

Better Than I Thought!
I read the first book to Fox and Eva's story in a bundle "Wicked Obsession". I'm REALLY not a fan of cliffhangers, but it intrigued me enough to get the second half of their story. I'm glad I did. Not exactly a Mafia story, yet definitely of the like. A romantic mystery... 🤔 Hmmm. Hard to believe yet Morgan James successfully accomplished that. Well rounded characters and storyline with no cheating and this time no cliffhanger and you get a very happy ever after. Enjoy 🤓

Sinful sacrament is book 2 in the sinful duet and is a stunning conclusion to the series. Fox and Eva are back and just as messed up as ever. Not long not does Fox have to convince Eva they are meant to be, but he has to protect her from forces that are very much in their lives. Fox has been wanting to bring down a trafficking ring for years, and he will do anything to get what he wants.
I enjoyed this book and didn’t want it to end. It’s thrilling and well written.Highly recommended

Absolutely love this series! Fox and Eva have gone through so much and have stayed strong. Their story is just as emotional and full of twist as the first book. This is my first series by Morgan James and I will definitely be reading her other series. I love how we get both their points of views so we know everything that’s going on with them. I highly recommend this series. You won’t regret it!

Eva and Fox continues....... Eva left. She had to get away. Start again. But she knows that she still loves him. After a few months she goes home and gets shocked out of her mind! Fox is in her place! How did he get here? Oh man what now? What a story! Kept me going to try to figure who the culprit is. And will she go back with Fox? Is there an end? Is revenge the answer?

This book was well written and I highly recommend this book. This book is action packed with alot of twist and turns and what happens happen next. If you dark, intense stories check this story out.

What a great ending to this duet. There are unexpected twists, betrayal and violence in this story. The one constant is the love between Fox and Eva, albeit hard won. Fantastic story.

As always, I must first say I love Morgan James’s books. They have suspense, intrigue, drama and happily ever after.
When I was reading Fox and Eva’s story I was trying to figure out who the villain was. The truth threw me for a loop. There was also another surprise that I wasn’t expecting. No spoilers here.
I really enjoyed reading this book and can’t wait to read more.
