A bottomless lake, mystical monoliths, windswept moors, and a puzzling ancient mystery. Gerry Lawson, a scientist better acquainted with failure than success, is on yet another fact-finding mission for scientific investigation company Toven Discoveries. This time, Gerry has traveled to Wales on CEO Toven Reynold's instructions to investigate two theories, and each one has the potential to raise the investors' interest and bring in much-needed funding. One theory suggests that the mysterious Stonehenge boulders of England once graced Welsh lands and the second one is driven by an unsubstantiated rumor that a monstrous, shadowy creature lives in the cold, deep waters of a legend-shrouded lake. Gerry arrives in the small town of Tanwen, where the locals are tight-lipped and not exactly welcoming. Events speed up when Gerry reunites with his sister Lauren and meets her husband Harry, an intriguing man who has theories of his own about the goings-on up at lake Llyn Cau. It seems this project could be destined to be the long-awaited hit of Gerry's career, and possibly even the pinnacle of his life's hopes and dreams. Unfortunately, the past is calling him back and Gerry hasn't stopped to consider that it might be best to let sleeping dinosaurs lie...

A very intetesting book . I do admit though i am more intetested in leigh and Gerrys relationship than i am the story line. Thete is a lot of back and forth talking with many people involved. The characters barely get settled in one location before their boss wisks them away to anothet assignment.
Je trouve que les deux personnages principaux laissent à désirer car ça fait longtemps que j’ai compris qu’ils s’aiment mais aucun ne voit ça!!! L’histoire est excellente mais manque un peu de fini.
