As far as baby name books go, this one is utterly and profoundly useless. It claims to have 222 "great lists to help you find the right name" but some of the lists are repeated, and most of them are nothing you can actually use - tomorrow's slackers, future gymnasts, future televangelists etc. The other half of the book is origins of names, but not all of it is correct. "Slava", a Russian boys' name is said to be derived from Stanislav, which is wrong - it is actually a form of Vyacheslav, and has nothing to do with Stanislav, for example. This book contains 60,0001 names, but I could not find one good one in it.

Decent reference book for selecting a name for your future little one. Each name has a meaning which is also good to know.
