Bob Goes Fishing: 60 years of reflection

Like many boys the author became a fisherman at a young age, bitten by that bug that infects so many of us once we have experienced the thrill of seeing a fish, let alone catching one.Indeed, in his youth his catches were far from impressive, but that didn't matter as there was always the possibility that the next time the float went under the long awaited whopper would be caught.Follow his story from the early days - the fishing club, a longish break, a mid-life revival, holiday adventures and ultimately a return to his passion in his late 50s.He muses that he may be an oddity in the much changed world of angling but having been sucked into the modern scene, and subsequently rediscovered his roots, he now finds himself enjoying his fishing in a state of new found serenity. As a keen photographer and more recent Vlogger, he includes tips on photographing or videoing your fishing.
