The Artist book is based on the life of a british theatre artist named D Cyrus. who was born in 1868 A.D. and died in 1933 A.D. His mother was top famous theatre artist of london’s theatres but one day when D cyrus was 10 years old. she disappeared with her son from london. decades later her son D cyrus came back to london to complete her mother’s dream. he used his whole life to complete her mother’s dream.
