Ireland: its myths and legends

Rate this book
With its breathtaking photography and captivating stories, Its Myth and Legends surpasses most introductions to Irish folklore. Aware of Ireland's oral tradition of sharing its legends, the book uses dialogue to tell vivid stories, like "The Twins of Macha" and "The Adventures of Cormac." It's a perfect book for reading aloud to children, but its cultural significance and stunning photography make it well-suited for adult libraries.

This book is absolutely amazing! I believe this should be a must have for anyone who is of Irish descent or has long-passed Irish heritage. I think it is a must have for those who have any kind of remote interest in Ireland and its culture. The stories blow your mind and the amount of knowledge and insight you learn is simply astounding. Of course, I recommend studying this in conjunction with other materials so one can fully appreciate this book in its simplicity. Definitely a must read!
