The first story in this novella collection is called Dangerous Amish Inheritance by Debby Giusti. Inside this love inspired read I found an Amish family that was torn and broken over a buggy accident. The woman's husband went with her dad in the buggy and didn't pay attention to the road ahead. She and her sons ended up losing a husband/father and a grandfather all in one bad day. Turns out one of the boys belongs to another man. A man from her younger Amish days when she thought she was in love. That love never faded. Soon, her barn is on fire, threatening notes, attacked in the night, and scare tactics are being used to push her and her sons off her family farm up in the mountains. Up the mountains is isolated and Amish do not have phones. This only makes the already depressing matter more deadly for her and her two boys. But luckily, her former love, and Englisher, has come back to sell his dad's farm. Only he finds that his love is being targeted and feels responsible for her and her boys' protection. The boys easily like Noah. The longer he helps the family , the more his and Ruthie's old feelings of attraction come to surface. Thrilling, engaging, and heartfelt Debby Giusti wrote a beautiful story.

Next is the second tale which is called Hidden in Amish Country by Dana R. Lynn. This story also has a main character that is Amish and one that is an Englisher (non-Amish). However, unlike the previous story, the man in this one is Amish and the woman is the one that is not Amish. However, she is in need of a safe place and protection. Along the way, she is taken to a hospital where she has amnesia and her brother and his Amish male friend are there. Her brother tells her that due to his job and the case he's working, he put her life in danger. Told her to stay with the Amish man. An Amish man who is a widow with a little son. Turns out that the Amish man and the non-Amish woman have more ties than her brother being friends with the Amish man. I loved how the story rolled out before...danger, suspense, dire need for prayer, and the memories that come back to the woman that her brother doesn't even know about either. Dana R. Lynn crafts a perfect love inspired romantic intrigue to read!

Amish Suspense Romance

A great buy‼️ I enjoyed both stories, but my favorite was Dana Lynn’s Hidden in Amish Country. Thank you both, Debbie Giusti (one of my favorite Love Inspired suspense authors) and Dana Lynn for very enjoyable afternoons.
