Renegade: A Bad Boy Military Romance
Athena My boss’s friend is sexy as sin and has a smile that can make any girl weak. However, he’s fifteen years older than me. That should be enough to keep me away. But something keeps pulling me back to him. If that was my only problem, I could figure my life out. On top of everything, my best friend has turned stalkerish and now wants me all to himself. I can’t have the military tracking me down to toss me in the brig for assaulting a citizen. Uncle Sam should know that I will protect my woman and our child, though. No one will stand in my way.

Renegade, the last of the Bad Boy Military series was my favorite. I loved all these Alpha men because indeed they were super good to their women. Athena and Andre's story was not without drama though. The steaminess of their escapades was top notch. The drama with psycho Scott had me on edge.
Never been disappointed with this author's work! Always good🔥🔥🔥!

"Renegade: A Bad Boy Military Romance
My Opinion:
'Renegade" was a good read of 'A Bad Boy Military Romance' and was also the Bad Boys of the Military Book 3 read. I would highly suggest you read the first two in this series to fully understand what has gone on previously[Hero & Exile]. This series featured mainly Athena and Andre, where we get a marine who was sexy and, oh my goodness, with big muscles that called for his 'Athi.' It will be quite a journey in how these two finally came together. Still, there will be a problem presented as one would not take a no and leave Athena alone. Be ready for a story that will keep you turning the pages to see what was coming next as this author gives the reader one exciting tale. Like other characters from the previous series, I enjoyed it as this series made this story unique. Will these two finally find what they needed for a HEA? I say you will have to pick up 'Renegade' to see who well the story all comes out. It will be one bumpy ride seeing them get to where they belonged.

Meh
First of all it’s not a military romance. Andre just happened to be a marine. Which leads me to my main gripe with the book. The military felt more like a gimmick instead of a calling. The mere fact, that
going AWOL was considered in such a cavalier way was annoying considering that there was no need for it. Athena was a student, if she really wanted to sort out her stalker issue, the most logical thing would have been for her to transfer to the university of Hawaii and stay with Andre. Less drama all around and more in line with compromising in a relationship.
I didn’t like Athena’s character either. I understand that she’s barely more than a teenager, however it was annoying than one minute she was the damsel in distress crying because Andre couldn’t stay longer and the next minute she was fighting men. The whole fit with Andre’s colleagues was ridiculous. Andre had and is planning to continue having a life in law enforcement, therefore his life is going to be in danger on a regular basis, her attitude needed adjusting. Lastly, the prevalence in heroine getting pregnant and being ok with not telling the father about the child is disturbing.

Awesome
The story of Andre and Athena is one that makes you believe that love comes when it wants, even if your not ready for it. For as age goes love has no preference. Andre is a hardcore Marine and Athena is college student in which they met when Andre came to help Tobin with Cherise's stalker. He was attracted to her and tried to stay away because she was younger than him. But when that feeling hits you, you can try to fight it but it will always win in the end.
Love the story and how the other characters are still tied into it like one big family.

“I wasn’t aware I was asking for anything. You’re afraid of losing control. I guess I can make you lose control. Take control however you can get it, Andre, if it’s that important to you. I’ll be fine.”
He unearthed his hands from his pockets. Before my next breath, he was almost chest to chest with me. My folded arms were the only barrier keeping him from walking straight into me. His chest was big enough to force me to raise my chin and rest it on his pectorals to get it out of his way.
“You don’t want me to take control however I can get it. That would be asking for trouble. I got fourteen years on you. Fourteen years of stirring up and squashing trouble you don’t even know exist yet.”
