Simple, yet strong and on-point book on how to make sure your marketing effort leads to trackable and profitable success, and how not to fool yourself (or your management) with vanity everything. I wish every marketer could read it - regardless of their function.

Well, this is one book I wished I’d been able to read earlier in my career. Shiv takes the often murky and complicated world of marketing and provides clear frameworks for how to elevate marketing to a high-impact revenue generator. I highly recommend this book to any leader looking for data-driven, predictable ways to scale growth, especially if they plan to sell the business.

My years spent studying marketing in University don't amount to nearly as much value as this book gave me. Everyone is taught what marketing is, but no one is taught how to ensure marketing is profitable. Reading this book felt like taking a big step in my career, and has helped me level up as a marketing leader.

The book provides a step-by-step framework on how to audit your marketing, define the most profitable channels, and scale them. It’s the must read book for those marketers who would like to convince management to allocate bigger budgets to their departments.
