Rate this book
Widowed single dad Noah needs help in the worst way. He’s desperate to find a new live-in nanny to care for his four-year-old twins while he’s at work in the stables. Ever since his wife died, he has lived like a monk. What with raising two boys solo and working as the horse master for Silver Springs Ranch, there hasn’t been time in his life for things like finding a willing bed partner to slake his dark needs.

When the achingly beautiful Morgan appears on his doorstep inquiring about the job, he doesn’t think twice about hiring her. He snaps her up before she discovers his boys are little hellions who have driven the last few nannies away over their antics.

And yet, for the first time in three years, since he buried his heart in the ground, Noah is entranced by naughty visions of the new nanny. She’s young, full of enthusiasm, and stirs up every wicked fantasy in his arsenal.

He prays he has the fortitude to resist her delectable charms because she’s forbidden. At his age, he can’t sleep with, let alone crave, a woman fresh out of college. But she keeps casting sexy glances suffused with desire in his direction, battering his resolve to stay away. She’s headstrong, and he aches to exert his dominance.

Will he wave the white flag, and surrender to her naughty whispered pleas?

The nanny, the little terrors and the grumpy boss.

This is the fourth book in the Silver Springs Ranch series. It is a standalone, although there are cameo appearances by previous characters. The book has a high heat level, but mild BDSM (erotic spankings) and subtle Daddy Dom kink in the bedroom only.
Morgan and Noah know each other in passing, one of the quirks of living in a small town. Morgan has had a crush on Noah for a while, but Noah is older and widowed with young twins. After the death of Morgan's father, she is left homeless and in urgent need of a new job. The twins being precocious terrors have driven previous nannies away and Noah is desperate for some help.

Noah is not looking for another permanent relationship but acknowledges the pull he feels towards Morgan. Morgan's actions regarding this attraction are where I found the story fell a bit flat. While she is desperate for both a job and a place to stay, she willingly puts this in danger with no thought to possible consequences. She bares her feelings to virtual strangers (the significant others of the other cowboys on the ranch) and follows their direction to seduce Noah. Although I did appreciate that the seduction came from the female MC in this case, the way it happened and how quickly it happened did not ring true to the character and their backstory. This said I did enjoy the growing relationship between our MCs.

I hoped that we would get more insight into Noah's reasons for not wanting a permanent relationship. It was not clear if his reasons were related to the way his wife died or just the fact that he was a widower that struggled with the responsibilities he was left to deal with alone. The story does have some tension, missing funds and very light OW drama. But it is Noah who causes the biggest rift with Morgan when he refuses to acknowledge his own feelings for her. I am honest enough to admit that I wanted Noah to face more consequences for both his accusation of Morgan as well as the dismissal of her feelings (and his in the process). The ending was satisfying and gave me a good teary smile.

How to Rope a Loyal Cowboy is a marvelously straightforward and sensual read. And straightforward is a complement; there are no crazy interjections of danger or such to the challenges that Morgan and Noah face in falling in love. And frankly, the challenges to their relationship are pretty much all in Noah’s head; he thinks he’s too old for Morgan and has vowed never to marry again after the death of his first wife.

Morgan is pretty much perfect; she’s got a logical head on her shoulders, she knows what to do right away to manage Noah’s rambunctious young twin boys, and she’s not only infatuated with Noah but comfortable in her sexuality. She’s able to complement Noah’s Dom tendencies perfectly (and I’d have liked to have seen her struggle a bit with this, just for a bit more tension). She also has business skills that assist Noah in his job, and when you add this all up, it’s hard to find a fault in her character. I actually loved how level-headed she was—she didn’t do anything silly in this book, and I adored that.

So all of the change and evolution falls to Noah, who has to adjust his self-image, be willing to embrace dominant tendencies he’d buried when his wife died, and accept that he can marry someone else and have that be successful. It’s all on him to grow and evolve, and he has a great, logical procession in How to Rope a Loyal Cowboy to achieve that. There are minor subplots involving Noah’s business, but this story focuses almost completely on a couple who are amazingly compatible physically and who have to adjust to make their relationship more than that.

Sometimes a straightforward path in a romance is a satisfying thing.

Morgan needs a job and a home after her father dies and leaves her in debt and losing her childhood home. She answers an ad for a live in Nanny for the horse wrangler at Silver Springs Ranch. Noah is a widower with 4 year old twin boys that have made every nanny go running as soon as they learn how much trouble the boys could be. Well Morgan vowed to be the best nanny those boys ever had and proceeds to do everything she could to make the twins and their daddy happy to have her in their lives. Noah has his boys settled finally and finds that Morgan is not only good for his sons she's brought happiness to his life also as she worms her way into all their hearts. Not everything goes smoothly as Morgan and Noah discover passion together, when trouble slaps them in the face, but with Anya Summers telling us their story we will get our much hoped for HEA. As usual Ms. Sumners gives us a heartwarming love story that makes us smile and of course, shed a few tears as hearts are met with love, understand, heartache and passion, she gives us all we hope for when reading her books. Bravo again for another satisfying end to a wonderful story.

'How to Rope a Loyal Cowboy' is the fourth book in Anya Summers "Silver Springs Ranch" series where we are introduced to Noah, a widower with rambunctious twin four-year-old boys that have runoff every nanny up to this point, and Morgan, who has recently lost her father only to find out he left her with a mountain of debt and a well-hidden gambling problem and is being evicted from the only home she's ever known by the bank. Being twelve years her senior, Noah has known Morgan almost her entire life so when she came knocking on his door to apply for the nanny position he had posted in the paper, he was a bit surprised. Even though this is the latest addition to the series, it can be read as a complete standalone. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting the ranch with this little family.

This wasn’t the pairing that I was hoping for next, however I did wonder if perhaps those two would be the final partnership explored in the series. I loved Morgan. She’s been raised as a bit of a protected daddy’s girl, but since her father’s passing she’s needed to find and develop a spine of steel. I adored the twins. Calling them precocious badly undersells their curiosity and mischievousness. Noah, on the other hand, left me wanting to smack him for most of the book. In fact, there’s one scene where after accusing her of something she didn’t do, he later demeans her emotions and kind overrides all of her concerns to be intimate with her. If I had been in Morgan’s place, Doc Gracie would have been stitching him back together at that point. I was so glad to finally see him pull his head out of his backside and own up to what he was really feeling for Morgan. The ending is perfectly adorable and I’m looking forward to seeing how the next book will play out, since we got to see a bit of his hero complex leading up to the end of this one.

This is book four in the series Silver Springs Ranch. He is a father of twin boys that need a nanny. She is in need of a job after her father passed away and left her with some debt she had no clue was there. She gets the job and both have a heat of steamy chemistry between them, but he won't do anything as he needs her for his sons more than for himself. She lets it be known that she wants him it does not matter he is older or her boss. She goes after him, but then there is a female that comes into the picture that makes it look like he is after her and does not want the nanny. Also, there were accusations towards the nanny that was not true. So with this drama and heartache, can these two make it back to one another and get the HEA they both deserve?

Dom/Sub and Spankings -- NOT FOR ME . . .

Noah Reed and Morgan Davies are the couple focused on in this story, but the Noah's twin 4-year-old sons, Wade and Zach, are the catalyst that could make them a family. That was a nice touch. Grab your copy and see how their relationship as cowboy dad and nanny to the boys plays out.

When the submission and spanking garbage began, I no longer had any interest in this book. Those who like kink may enjoy it. But I see absolutely no need to put this stuff in a decent story line.

Morgan's last hope is taking on the most undesirable job in the county, according to the previous nannies who left on unfriendly terms raving about the two monsters on the ranch. Noah needs someone to help, he is running out of options, his boys are his life and he knows they can be a handful but he needs someone strong enough to corral them.

This is a love story that really grabs you. Love not only of two but of creating a family, trust and hope for more. A wonderful addition to the series.

Quick Summary
Down on her luck, Morgan, answers the wanted ad for a live in nanny for single dad, Noah and his twin 4 year olds.

She's still mourning her father's passing and processing the feelings of anger and betrayal over his secret debt and gambling addiction. He's a widower, struggling to fill both the father and mother role for his kids.

She's an inexperienced younger woman and he's an out of practice Dom. Their instant attraction is unexpected but irresistible and explosive. What starts off as a forbidden fling soon turns into more when their emotions rise to the surface.

 🖤 ~ My Thoughts ~ 🖤
I loved reading Noah and Morgan's story. It was sweet, steamy and both MCs were so compatible, both inside and outside the bedroom, I couldn't help but root for their HEA.

Noah did run a bit hot and cold (internally) with Morgan. After losing his first wife, Noah's devoted himself to his kids and to his work. He isn't looking for any relationship and vowed to never marry again. When he hires Morgan, he doesn't have an ulterior motive other than having a nice girl watch his kids. The instant spark of attraction that he feels for Morgan, that first time, completely throws him for a loop. He's not sure how to handle these sudden feelings, feelings he was sure he'd never feel again.

He tries to rationalize his feelings and convinces himself that he "just" cares for Morgan and that a relationship on his terms will be enough for them both. He didn't count on Morgan taking matters into her own hands :)

I really liked Morgan's character, she was such a sweetheart but with a bit of sass! She's a small town girl with simple dreams. She becomes a nanny to two rambunctious boys without any experience dealing with kids and she was a natural. She found real joy being needed by this little family. She was always so optimistic and easy going. A definite submissive with the need to please.

Normally I prefer the H make the first move but in this case, I actually liked that Morgan is the one to come out of her shell and set out to seduce Noah. She's also the one that confesses her feelings first and walks out when Noah can't bring himself to be honest with her. She has such a gentle personality that her determination and confidence sometimes caught me by surprise. Normally these traits don't always go with the quiet more reserved characters, but Morgan was a cute combination and it really worked for her.

Although widower/widow MCs aren't really my jam, Noah did a good job of convincing the reader that what he has with Morgan is special and that she isn't second best. I highly recommend. If you love cowboys, cute kids, an endearing heroine, OTT marriage proposals and super sweet epilogues, this one will check all those boxes :)

  Heat Level: 5/5 HAWT!

SHE HAD FOUND THE HOME FOR HER HEART

While this is a series, the fourth book is well-written and will read as a stand-alone. The story mainly focuses on two people, Noah Reed and Morgan Davies—but there are two others, Noah's twin sons, Wade and Zach, that bring them together.

"WANTED: Live-in nanny for a pair of active, four-year-old twin boys. Duties include corralling the boys through the day, cooking/making their meals, and cleaning up after them. Must have a working vehicle to take them to school. Room and board included as part of salary, in addition to stipend. Must be willing to live on a working ranch. Call to inquire. The position is located at Silver Springs Ranch, Route G, Number 15."

Once again, Noah Reed finds himself without a nanny for his boys—they have a knack for running each of them away—sometimes the same day they start. Besides being a widowed father, he is the horse master for Silver Springs Ranch and is in charge of hundreds of horses and their care.

Morgan Davies is still trying to come to grips with her father's death—but worse than that is that he had been keeping secrets from her. Gambling debts and both the home and business mortgaged where she has nothing and needs to leave home. Finding the ad for a living in nanny for Noah's boys is her last hope.

The story's plot will have Morgan going to the Reed home and being hired on the spot. She is shocked at how nice the room she will be given is and believes this will work out. It doesn't come without plenty of challenges, as Zach and Wade initiate her with their tricks and antics. But when she doesn't flinch, Noah is impressed. After one day, the house is looking better, and she cooks too. It doesn't take long for Morgan to find her place with the family—but that doesn't mean that Noah doesn't keep his distance—or at least tries to. The sexual tension is thick between them, but he can't risk a relationship and lose her—she is too valuable to their household.

"She was finding her place in the world, where she belonged, and fit. And that place was full of new friendships, little boys who had stolen her heart, and a man she wanted to give herself to, body and soul."

The story brings Noah, Zach, and Wade to having Morgan in their life—she fills their home with love and happiness and even brings order to their chaos. When there is threats or danger, she keeps a cool head and handles it, keeping her charges safe. Noah and Morgan ooze chemistry, but he is cautious for several reasons, their age difference of twelve years, his fear of loving, and if they go sour between them, what it would do to his sons. When Morgan surprises him, rather than turn her away, he takes the gift of her submission, and together they find unadulterated bliss.

"She was his now. He wanted her in a way he didn't quite understand. And while he couldn't give her everything, he would ensure she wanted for nothing, and that he made her come screaming every night. It would be enough for them both."

The story has the good, the bad, and the troublemakers. Morgan is precisely what the Reed household has needed. She can roll with the twins' antics, and she proves how valuable she is as their nanny. Her relationship with Noah goes from employer to lover quickly, but it is consensual. When things come up at Silver Springs about missing money, Morgan's accounting degree can help once Noah gets over her assistance. But, when another woman lets it be known that she wants Noah and does things to make it look like he wants her too, it is more than Morgan can accept.

"He cared. She loved. And therein lay the difference."

Sometimes, it isn't when you are close to something, but when you are losing it, you realize how it will affect your entire life. For the Reed household, it would be to lose Morgan. It isn't just for what she does, but who she is, and yes, because of love. Will Noah be able to convince Morgan that she is what he and the boys want, not just as a nanny but also for the future?

"Home. She was finally home. Not because of the house or the land, but because of the man and his sons. They were her home."

Overall, I loved the story, the chemistry, and the ending. I found myself laughing out loud and even laughing and crying at the same time. The story does have explicit sex scenes, dominance and submission scenes, and playful power exchange.

How to Rope a Loyal Cowboy is book 4 in the Silver Springs Ranch series. It is not necessary to have read the other books, but helps with characters and character development as the series progresses.

In this book, we meet Morgan, Noah and Noah's twin boys. Morgan has recently lost everything due to her father's gambling addiction - her home, career and business. Noah is a widower and is the father of 4 year old twins, who have a habit of running off every nanny he employs.

Morgan has always considered Noah attractive, but realized the age difference and his past would prohibit them ever having a chance. But, she's in desperate need of a job and a place to live, so she arrives at Noah's house to seek the live-in nanny job. What ensues is a great story of love overcoming fear and rejection. The twin boys, otherwise known as terrors, try to get Morgan to leave, but she doesn't fall for their shenanigans and instead beats them at their own game (worm pie, anyone?). Morgan finds herself falling for all three Reed boys and quickly begins to see them as her own. Noah fights his attraction to Morgan but eventually gives in and then immediately hurts Morgan with his accusations.

The couple have issues to work through, including Morgan's tendency to call Noah Daddy during intimate moments, as well as financial issues on the ranch. There is light BDSM and Daddy Dom kink, but no visits to the special ranch cabin (reference to other books in series). Will Noah work through his own issues so get to a HEA? Will Morgan be able to put aside her hurt and forgive Noah for his mistrust and accusations? Will the terrible twosome fall in love with Morgan and want her for their very own? Will Noah get out of his head and open his heart - to welcome Morgan, not just in his bed, but into their family?

Personally, while the book was a good read, the writing style seemed a little different from previous Anya Summers books (I've actually thought that about one of her other series, too.) Overall a good read, so I would definitely recommend purchasing. The twins alone are quite entertaining - you can't help but fall in love with them!

Starting over can be hard, but roping her cowboy will prove even harder

How To Rope A Loyal Cowboy is the fourth book in the Silver Springs Ranch series and is a great addition to the series. This story is about Noah Reed and Morgan Davies and his four year old twins terrors, Wade and Zach. When Morgan's father dies he leaves a lot of debt which results in her having to sell the gas station and also losing the family home. Noah is a widowed father to the twins who runs the Silver Springs Ranch. The boys are more than a little mischievous, actually more like holy terrors, and have successfully run off every nanny Noah has hired so far. So when the latest one ups and leave he is in need of a nanny once again. His ad catches the eye of Morgan who is determined to make it work, as she needs a roof over her head. It does not hurt either that they have known each other for years and she knows the twins. Noah hires Morgan and she moves in, getting right to work on trying to wrangle and then tame the twin terrors. Along the way there is drama, some sexy chemistry, romance, family, friends, hardships and love. I enjoyed this book and the well paced story-line. I really loved Morgan and the twin terrors were funny, as long as they weren't my kids that is. Noah on the other hand I wanted to smuck upside the head more than a few times and it was getting close to whether I completely disliked him or not. But he finally pulled it together and acknowledged his feelings for Morgan.

How to Rope a Loyal Cowboy is the fourth book in the Silver Springs Ranch series, but could be read as a stand alone. Noah desperately needs a nanny for his trouble causing twin boys, but never expected Morgan to be a perfect fit for their lives, or for the passion that sparks when they’re together. But while Morgan’s heart is open and willing, Noah has his closed off. Will he give love a second chance, or is their relationship doomed as soon as it begins?

Oh wow, the tension in this book! Morgan and Noah completely steamed up the pages with barely even touching each other! I loved that both of them tried so hard to be professional in the beginning, but that slowly dissolved. She had always wanted him, and he just couldn’t resist anymore, no matter what reasons he felt should stay between them. Morgan was dedicated to the boys, and to her job. She truly believed in trust and in doing a job well and right. I loved her moral compass, too. Noah was overwhelmed with a full time job and full time single parent, so I loved watching him slowly relax as he could lean on and trust Morgan. He was hurt from his past, though, so was determined to keep his heart out of the equation. I loved their interactions and their connection. She so badly wanted to please him, and he was so good at guiding her. They made a fantastic team, had sizzling chemistry, and had quite a bit to overcome. I liked them! I loved this story! I liked the little bit of drama that happened in the background, too! I look forward to more from this series!

This was an age gap, cowboy erotic romance.

Morgan Davies is a headstrong 23 year old who just lost her father. Unbeknownst to her he had two sets of books and owed a huge gambling debt. She is forced to sell everything but her clothes and her father's ancient rust bucket truck. She is desperate for a better paying job and needs a place to live. She answers an add for a live in Nanny for Noah Reed's twin 4 year old twin boys.

Since his wife's suicide Noah has been raising his sons by himself. The twins have a reputation locally as mischievous hellions and have gone through 19 other nannies. He hires Morgan immediately. The twins play a few practical jokes on her but she gives as good as she gets. She also saves them from falling off bookshelves and a rampaging momma bear which earns their adoration. Noah is attracted to her but is adamant about never marrying again. Morgan has had a crush on Noah since high school and asks for advice from the significant others of some of the ranch hands. They start having a relationship which includes some BDSM. Noah learns of some missing funds from the ranch accounts and the way he handles it causes them to break up. After talking with his friend he realizes he loves her and makes an grand gesture to win her back. They get married and have their HEA.

This fourth book was a nice addition to the series. This one features single dad Noah struggling to work and raise two unruly boys. No babysitter has survived Noah's twins, but none have had Morgan's determination Morgan is down on her luck after the death of her father, and on the verge of homelessness due to his debts. An opportunity to live with Noah and take care of his boys is just what she needs. Of course, that opportunity turns into much more than she expects.

This is a sweet book with both characters somewhat down on their luck. Noah quit truly living after the death of his wife and Morgan's life had just begun when she was devastated by the loss of her father and his dishonesty. The twins were a nice addition and I liked how the author truly wove them into the story rather than just use them at opportune moments. The writing was good. Both characters were well developed and the author provided enough back story to make them seem real. Although the series is focused more on the men at Silver Springs, I like how the author is also building a community for the female leads as well. The girl power is fierce when that group has a goal in mind. This book would work perfectly well as a standalone, but the whole series is definitely worth reading.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Morgan Davies & Noah Reed. Morgan just needs a break. She had no idea her father had a gambling problem or the fact that he had mortgaged both the house and the gas station he had owned outright at one time. The fact that he did though and then had a heart attack before he could pay back the money means Morgan is about to be homeless. So when she reads an ad for a live in nanny for Noah Reed she jumps at the chance. When she goes to meet with him she can't believe the two twin little boys don't already have a nanny that isn't her. She isn't willing to look a gift horse in the mouth but she wonders. It only takes less than one day for her to realize there are more to these boys than meets the eye. Noah can't believe it when Morgan comes answering his ad. He just hopes she will stay and not be run off by the boys antics. The more he sees of her the more he wants of her. But can he open up again or will the ghosts of his wife make that a place he just can't go.

Another amazing hit out of the park. This story will grab you from the first page and you won't want to let go even when you read those two words, "the end". I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

This was a good solid read with great characters and a strong storyline
This is a wonderful book with a great storyline and a wonderful number of characters that you will be able to read and thoroughly enjoy, once you start reading this book you will find it impossible to put this book down until you reach the last page and discover the outcome.
Morgan and Nolan are the main characters of this story and it turns out that after losing her father Nolan discovers that her Morgan is recruiting a nanny to take care of his very precocious twins who to say are something of a handful is an understatement.
She takes over the care of the pair of four-year-olds and too say that they are a handful is more than anyone can possibly imagine, I do not want to give away too much about the book as I would hate to spoil the story for other readers.
I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read.

Loved the book it was great, the story was written well and the characters were intriguing. This story is about Noah and Morgan. Morgan needs to find a job but also needs to find somewhere to live, living in a small town everyone knows everyone or knows of them. Noah buried his wife three ago and left him with twins, the twins seem to go thru nannies so he can work in the stables. Noah has his own kinks in the bedroom he is a Daddy Dom a darker side and very Dominant when he noticed Morgan she makes him feel things he has not felt in a while. Morgan turned up and asked for a job and now works for Noah she has had a crush on him for a while and teases him when she can but he tries to stay away from her. Will they get together to test the waters on their sexual desire or is he strong enough that he keeps his distance.

Morgan has lost everything thanks to her father's gambling habits discovered after his death. She has nowhere to go until she sees a Noah's ad for a nanny. She goes to interview for the job and hopes beyond hope that she gets it or she has no clue what she will do. He hires her on the spot. Every nanny he has had has quit within a few days or weeks. It isn't that his twins are bad, but they do seem able to find trouble without looking for it.

Noah knows it isn't right to want to do naughty things to an employee, but he can't help it. Something about her calls to him like nobody since his wife, who has been gone a few years. He is trying to be a good boss and keep his hands off, he doesn't want her to feel like lining his bed is part of her job. and she seems to really like his kids, who need her more than he does.

How will they navigate this attraction they seem to have?

The story starts with two people who are desperately searching, Noah is in desperate need of a nanny for his two little hellions, Wade and Zach, and Morgan needs a place to go after her father’s death reveals the gambling debts that can’t be paid. Morgan applies for the job and Noah hires her on the spot. I loved this story as it shows how two little boys captured Morgan’s heart before she realized. The story is beautifully written and the little boys will tug at your heart strings. I loved how Morgan and Noah’s relationship developed. Also there is a mystery involving a theft that has to be resolved. There is a lot happening in this story which makes it a great read. This is a great series and this is an excellent addition to that series.

Anya Summers has done it again with this newest addition to the (Silver Springs Ranch series. Noah, the widowed father of 4 year old twins, needs a nanny. Morgan needs a job and a home. After her father dies suddenly, she discovers he has been deceiving her for years. He was a gambling addict, who was in debt up to his eyeballs. To settle his debts, Morgan losses everything, including her home. So Noah gives her the job. Noah & Morgan have intense chemistry, but there is an 18 year age gap and she is his employee. But the twins adore her and Noah cant deny the attraction. This book is fast paced, steamy, has some twists and turns, and surprises. The characters are well written, compelling, and this was a great read.

Morgan is on the verge of being homeless when she sees a listing for a nanny position. She applies for the job at Silver Springs Ranch, and Noah hires her on the spot. In the three years since he lost his wife and the mother of his twin sons, he has gone through many nannies. His sons Wade and Zack are a handful. In no time at all, Morgan has Noah's household running more smoothly than it has since before the boys came, and she falls for all three of them. Will Noah wake up in time to realize he needs her in his life forever?
This is the best book so far in this series, with a beautiful HEA for all four of them. While it is part of a series, it can be read as a stand alone. I recommend reading the books in order, however. This is well worth the one click.

Morgan is left alone and penniless when her father dies, so a job and a place to stay is paramount. The want ads show up for a nanny for twin boys of Noah, at the ranch near town so she applies. She has chemistry with the boys and the father as she works her magic of keeping them all happy. When situations become heated, feelings grow, but then someone decides to cause issues while trying to take Noah over. This forces Noah to realize just what Morgan has done for them and how he really feels towards her.
The characters are heartwarming in their interactions and banter. They seamlessly work together on everything, from the kids to the criminal search. The storyline has plenty of surprises and twists, along with drama and romance. Loved the ending

This is this first book I read in the series. I didn't realize it was #4. When I got to the part about the girl's night, I thought it was interesting the relationships seemed to be formed already. Now I know why.

I think my favorite part of the book was seeing Morgan's relationship with Zach and Wade develop. I was somewhat irritated with Noah continuing to do the age difference thing. I was also curious about Noah's reasons for not wanting to fall in love or get married. I wasn't sure if it had to do with what happened to his wife, his relationship with his wife, or her reasoning behind what happened to her.

Then, I was surprised by the Kate situation. Part of it was expected, but I wondered if the other part was added just to show Morgan had a skill set other than being the boys nanny.

I thought the ending was really sweet. Noah, Morgan, Zach, and Wade all got their HEA.

Noah and Morgan's story was a great read.
First off I loved Wade and Zach and boy did they need a sassy nanny to get them in line. Morgan is just what this family needs I really liked this character she was a darling that had been given one heck of a shock when her dad died. Noah on the other hand has pretty much closed himself off thinking only of his children needs not his own. Noah and Morgan click yes the author has given them some challenges and yes there is going to be some serious ups and downs but I really like how the author wrote this story. This was a great story happy, sad and a mix of humor and seriousness it was a great blend. I did receive a free copy of this book from Booksprout and voluntarily chose to review it.

While this was HAWT, I found the story itself left me with questions. If previous nannies had not lasted past a week let alone a day, who minded the twins since Noah worked full time? Why was Morgan wearing see-through nighties when serving breakfast for the twins? Why did Noah swear off relationships? Was it because he thought his one and only love (late wife) had died? Or because of guilt because she committed suicide? I did love the twins and their antics, especially the coffee cup scene! And did I mention those intimate scenes were smoking hot? For sensitive readers, this story discusses suicide and an animal death.

I loved this book. An excellent addition to the series.
Morgan has lost everything, her father's dead and he left her with mountains of debt. Everything is gone. Here only hope a nanny job for a couple of hellions.
Nanny's for Noah's twins don't last even a week. Went is he saying yes to someone so young with no experience.
Morgan and Noah have amazing chemistry. It radiates off the page. They are beautifully written with great care and attention to detail.
This book made me laugh and smile. I was captivated from the beginning and couldn't put it down.
I highly recommend this book, series and author.

Morgan has lost everything since her dad passed away. Literally everything. So she applies to Noah's ad in the paper looking for a Nanny. She knows from everyone that Noah is a single dad raising his twin boys who can be a little wild. Shes always found Noah to be handsome and sexy for being 12 years older. Noah is relieved when Morgan shows up. Even thought she has no experience with kids its a god send. He hasnt dated since his wife passed, but he can not deny the attraction he finds in Morgan. These two are such amazing characters and their chemestry is HOT, HOT, HOT. Great book from an amazing author. Look forward to more by Anya

Noah is a single dad that needs help with his twin sons. Morgan needs a roof over head after she realizes that her deceased father lied to her and gambled all he owned and lost. She now has to find a place to live. When she sees the ad for the nanny position, she jumps at it. Noah agrees to give her a chance, but believes the twins will scare her off like all the other nannies. But Morgan is made of sterner stuff and she and the boys get along fine. The only problem is that Morgan wants Noah in her bed. When she realizes that Noah wants her as well, she decides to go for it. This was a great story and I'm looking forward to the next book.

A terrific story. The main characters are Noah, who is a widowed cowboy with twin 4 year old sons, and in charge of all horses at Silver Springs Ranch, and Morgan, a young woman who has no family and accepts a job as nanny for his sons. They are both honest, hard-working and attractive people, and neither was looking for a relationship or love – but it didn’t take long for Morgan and Noah, living in the same house with her as nanny, for sparks to start flying as they first fell in lust with each other, and lust gradually converted to love. There were a lot of good and bad things that happened along the way, but the story was fast moving and very enjoyable. .
