The Darkest Rose a Leena Rose Hybrid Novel
Leena Rose, a werewolf-vampire hybrid and homicide detective, is assigned to a case that unlocks for her a path of horror and well-kept secrets. When this new case reveals that the new savage killer in town is someone that she unknowingly left for dead many years ago, she is forced to lie to her department and conceal his true identity. Leena now has to keep up with her lies, hide secrets from her loved ones while also keeping them close to protect them from the killer’s plot to destroy everyone and everything she loves. Leena must act quickly to stop him from killing again or endure the guilt of innocent blood on her hands.

Exciting twists and turns with every page, “The Darkest Rose” leaves you wanting more with every page turn. Its mixture of crime drama intertwined with the supernatural brings a magical element to an otherwise “normal” day at the office.
Once I started reading the book, I couldn’t put it down, and finished in less than 24 hours. The ending left me longing for the second book to be released, and looking forward to the shenanigans Leena, and her friends will get up to. If you like crime dramas and the supernatural, you will love this book.

From the first line, I was hooked. Leena Rose is the perfect blend of grit and vulnerability, and the tension between her past and present is so masterfully woven that I couldn’t stop reading. A dark, suspenseful supernatural thriller with emotional depth. Perfect for fans of urban fantasy and mystery alike.

The pacing is intense, the suspense never lets up, and every twist feels earned. I loved how the author balanced the dark, gritty atmosphere of a homicide case with the haunting emotional turmoil of Leena’s past coming back to life. The writing is cinematic, I could easily see this as a TV series or movie.
