Interesting stories but not as good as I remember it from my first read in the trades.(works better with less filler)
Firstly there are 2 Tim issues that were good but had no relevance to the overall story and kinda made the timeline a little messy.
Secondly the last 2 issues had completely different art despite being a 2 part story and overall the story makes little sense.

Okay onto the main book, I really enjoy this somewhat classic exaggerated artwork and the tie in issues really drive the fugitive arc forward (except the Robin issues)
The batman story kinda looses focus on the fugitive story as the book goes on and starts just doing 2-3 part arcs with different writers.
I enjoyed the Brubaker bits the best and Grayson bits the least. The Rucka stuff is middle of the road.

So overall an enjoyable read but not living up to the memory of my previous read through.

Good stories but it doesn't really seem to have a lot to do with Bruce's fugitive status after a while
