This is an awesome book, my favourite thus far regarding Kabbalah, and I have read many. This book explains all the mystical aspects of Kabbalah, which is what I have always wanted out of a book about Kabbalah. I definitely recommend this book if you are interested in Kabbalah.
This book was full of information that I had a hard time processing. This is the first book I have read on Kabbalah and do think Diagrams would help me process the information better. The more I learn I am sure I will come back to this book and understand it better and give it a higher rating.
I was initially interested in reading the entire book series. However, upon finding that I couldn’t find anything on the “author”, and given the large amount of books this author “wrote” in such a short span of time, it occurred to me that this “author” is either a group of authors writing under a single name, or AI-generated content.
Either way, I couldn’t find information on where this “author” sits in the Kabbalistic community, so I stopped after the first book.
Generally, a generic book for someone who wants to seriously study Kabbalah, away from the new age crowd.
For historians a must read for all others try any other book on kabbalah since it does not capture the wisdom an depth of this fascinating part of our Jewish Christian heritage.
A bit dry, but worth reading. I think there was too much emphasis on Rabbis and their accomplishments, rather than a more integrated explanation. All in all, I would point people towards reading it.
It's more of a historical book and not really going deep into the mysterious texts. I do feel a bit more ready to look into not only the Kabbalah but also the Qabbalah.
