I really liked this section, it discussed about mental health, physical health hygiene. The importance of yoga, nutrition, and many more are discussed in this part.
The second section is about the healthcare industry. The most interesting chapter is machine learning and analytics in health care. There were other topics such as telemedicine and healthcare system. The final section is about the initiatives by government.
My thoughts on this book: We can call this a health guide. There are many information and insight we can benefit from this book. I am not a person who enjoy reading non fiction but this one was not bad. Overall it is a good book, a complete health guide.

The book starts by giving us information about lifestyle disorders, tests, what changes or actions we should implement in our daily lives. It talks about food, exercises, tests to be done what not. I feel the author has done a commendable job educating us readers. Then second half explores about Indian healthcare industry and intiatives taken by our government which is a fascinating and unique part of the book, I haven't come across any book that put forwards such useful insights and glimpse of our current health care strategies.
