Being the secret history of the Russo-Japanese War: In this story the author makes clear the sinking of the English fishing schooners by the Baltic fleet of Russia and brings in all kinds of events that seemed hallucinations when the story appeared serially, but which have since come true in startling manner.
I bought this mistakenly thinking it was a genuine historical source. It's not - it's a trashy spy novel from the early 20th century that should have stayed forgotten. 4th rate John Buchan best avoided.
