Amazon Bestselling Author Hope Daniels grew up in a small resort area in Michigan where she and her husband still live today. As the third child of four, she had an exhaustive imagination. From straddling the back-porch railing as a wild cowgirl, to saving the world as Wonder Woman complete with homemade bullet stopping bracelets. She was always taking what she read and making it as real as she could, now if she could just find the wolf shifter of her dreams…

Love of reading began at an early age, due to a first-grade teacher living next door, and her own father reading bible stories to her before bed each night. It was cemented in elementary when she discovered scholastic books, specifically Marguerite Henry’s Misty of Chincoteague. Her love of horses and reading has never diminished, even after her husband took her to Chincoteague Island for their honeymoon.

Daniels loves to write in multiple genre which includes her short in the Amazon Bestselling Anthology Black Magic (A Women of Urban Fantasy Production), a Contemporary and YA short in the LDLInk Anthologies and a soon to be released short story in the Encompass Ink’s All You Need Is Love Anthology releasing June 23, titled Always and Forever. She is also the co-author to the Magical Forces series books Hell In Heels, Hell On The Heart, Hell Of A Family Yule and Hell of A Night with Author Alicia Dawn.

The story was fun and full of adventure. There was a lot of sibling rivalry, magic, and one ups on each other. I enjoyed the banter between the siblings. I was a little confused about the end and such though.

I was really enjoying the book up until the last chapter. The last chapter didn't really seem to fit the rest of the story and I had to read the ending a couple of times because I wasn't sure what I read was actually the ending. It's been 24 hours since I finished the book, and I'm still very confused by it.

When Prince Erik is asked to secure an army by his father. He is sent out to the neighboring kingdoms . His sister decides to come along to protect him with her magic to help keep him safe. Abby has her work cut out for her keeping her brother safe . Who knew there were that many people out there wanting to kill Erik or rob him. But will their quest be fulfilled or will Erick loose his life in the process.
I love stories about princes and princess. Erik is your typical young prince he does come off a little bit full of himself thinking he can do anything without getting hurt . He does come off as a little arrogant through out the story. Abby is sweet and she really knows what is going on and wants to prove magic is for everyone including Erik and not just for girls .They do show each other how much they love each other and are comfortable together. They can talk about almost anything as they travel. They meet a slew of different characters that well you can't trust them. Most of them want to kill them. They are well written, I do wish that they were just a little bit more complex and the authors dove deeper into their relationship.
This is a book that would be great for your teen, there is magic, armies and family . You really get a nice fantasy vibe with the book and it shows that sometimes your younger sister can help you out. This would be a great book for your teen to read on a cold evening . So if you want a read that you and your kids would like check it out

I’m giving this 3 stars for how rushed the ending was and how disjointed the last “chapter” was from the rest of the storyline.

This book really took its time getting to the kingdom where son & daughter were sent to retrieve their father’s army. I liked their banter well enough & their affection for each other as siblings was obvious. However, it felt like I was getting a completely different story by the end of this & I couldn’t see the point to it all.

The pieces with the dark witch aunt & the 1/2 sibling-slash-cousin family scandal felt very random and unnecessary. This would’ve been a really interesting story all on it’s own, but as it was thrown into this story completely at random, I would’ve done without it altogether.

In all, it was a fun & quick read.

This wasn't your typical fantasy or fairy tale, and was a lot of fun to read. The only real issue I have is the flow wasn't very smooth, but otherwise this was a really enjoyable read. Erik and Abby were interesting characters, and I liked watching them work together to try and save not only themselves, but their kingdom. Daniels & Dawn do a great job of drawing you in, with magic and intrigue. I will admit I didn't like Erik much at first, but the more I got to know him, the more I liked him. I loved Abby's fire and determination from the start. If you enjoy young adult fantasy, brother/sister duos saving the day, and riddles, you'll want to read this!

This is a wonderful first in what I am sure will be an epic tale. The hero is sure of his male superiority by way of bulk and brawn and the heroine is sure brains and magic are the way to success. I loved this well crafted tale from its gorgeous cover to the very last page. I look forward to the next installment.

Prince Erik is given a task by his father. He thinks his bravado will protect him, but others want to harm him. Luckily for him, Abby is with him and will use her smarts to protect him. Unfortunately, another kingdom wants to trick him. Can Abby trick the trickster or fail?

This is a fun, light-hearted, and quick read. Prince Erik is sent out on a quest to a neighboring kingdom to fetch an army. His page is supposed to accompany him but his sister, Abby, feels trouble looming over them. She tricks everyone and poses as Erik’s page and she goes on the journey with him. Good thing too because Abby is one cunning cookie! They are constantly bickering back and forth as siblings do but I definitely don’t think Erick would have made it out of this one alive if not for his wonder younger sister. LOL! I do hope that this series continues as I would like to continue following their sibling antics and see what other trouble they get in, or out, of.
