There is a lot of concrete information here about how to actively comfort the grieving. If you have never had to do this yet, count yopurself lucky, and read the book. If you perpetually find yourself feling helpless when someone is grieving, this can help a lot.
I didn't totally agree with all the things in this book. I found some of the info to be helpful...not exactly for my situation though. I found some of the "donts" to be things I didn't agree with. In my case the donts were dos & it helped me. But the book was ok.
