A bunch of great recipes that stand alone as a good introduction to a plant-based diet, but that's pretty much it. Everything around it, from the writing to the formatting of this book, is whack. Even though there are 800 recipes, it feels like reading a notepad of random recipes thrown together from internet sources. A lot of recipes are not healthy per se. Yeah, you're not eating meat, but you're eating a bunch of sodium, sugar and carbs instead. No true character in this book, so I'm not sure what I just read.
